Brilliant service! Within 24hrs

Initially I was sent a pair of glasses with a nose bridge protector missing, I contacted the company and they got back the next day and apologised and sent me a fresh pair out next day and they are fine. So 5 * for me and fully recommended

Purchased four pairs of specs but had to return a couple as they were not suitable for us. Specs arrived earlier than anticipated, packaging was good and compact so that specs could be posted through a standard letter box therefore no special delivery arrangements required; all specs were very competitively priced, good quality, appear to be well made and are of the correct strength for us to use; returns procedure was as quick and effortless as the ordering, I posted the returns in the same packaging at the local post office via Royal Mail 1st class letter and my refund was processed the very next day. Happy to recommend tiger specs and would be using them again. Thank you to all at tiger specs.

Extremely stylish, high quality specs at reasonable prices, and superb customer service.

My old sun readers broke so needed a pair before going on holiday. Went for the cheapest there, just to check on the lens darkness, as I do have another pair that is far too dark. Very quick despatch, and the quality of the lens and colour is perfect. The frame is a little plasticy & cheap, but that's fine as they are cheap glasses. To be fair I bought a pair of RayBans for 10 times the price and the plastic is hardly any better.

My2 pairs of specs arrived this morning took advantage of fiver of second pair .I have been impressed with range of choice quality of product price and speed of service.in the words of the krankies everything was fandabidozy.

Unfortunately one glass fell out of one of the pairs we bought, but this company got on to it and sent me a replacement , of a pair I suggested which were different make and slightly cheaper also they sent the money difference to my bank . Great service. Great specs and great delivery

I came across this company as I was searching for some glasses that had filter lenses. I took a chance and so glad I did!!! The service has been fantastic, with swift delivery, and an exchange, kept in contact via email. The glasses are brilliant, lots of options to choose from, and the filtered lenses seem to be helping with my headaches too. Added bonus to be able to have reading sunglasses too 😎
