Absolutely brilliant in every way!
I took out a storage unit at Titan in Littlehampton about a year ago, as I was preparing for a house move and wanted to clear the decks a bit. Douglas and Kay talked me through the whole process and made it all extremely easy to sign up.
Having the storage space was so helpful, both before and after the move, and took a lot of the stress out of moving.
Access has never ben a problem and I was lucky to be given a Unit very near the loading bay.
Since then I have been in contact with Matt, Theo and Corinne, all of whom have been absolutely lovely.
I have now 'checked out' (which again was made extremely easy) but will nor hesitate to go back in future, or to recommend Titan Littlehampton to anybody and everybody I know!

Tyrone is such a fantastic, knowledgable, and customer centric guy, what he doesn’t know about storage isn’t worth knowing, there was no pushy sales, just kind courteous and very rare fantastic customer service and the unit is amazing, every thing is clean, instructions are easy to follow and I’m just looking for excuses now so I can keep something in storage for longer!

Tyrone is a superb manager and communicator. He understands how important our possessions, in his custody, are to us and gives every confidence he is looking after our interests. Titan Self Storage Telford are the best storage units I have used. Nothing is too much trouble for Tyrone - the manager. He is a real credit to the company and goes over and above. Units are easy to access, secure, clean and great value. Highly recommend

I was amazed at the professional and friendly service from Titan storage in Littlehampton. I had my items stored with them for nearly 2 years and they kept it safe and were always understanding and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and I recommend them on the highest level.

Used the storage short term for a house move. Found Titan very helpful in finding me the right unit then helping to move to a smaller one towards end of the rental. They even helped me to move my belongings.
Also bought some moving boxes from them which was very helpful as my move happened with very short notice and the removal company couldn’t supply.

Due to an house move not going to plan on the day in Telford - I found myself having to use storage. Titan came to the rescue thankfully . Tyrone was extremely helpful and friendly -very empathetic to my situation also reassuring me that he could sort it all out quickly and with a good price which he did. He was my saviour on an extremely stressful day 😅. Thank you so much Tyrone . Would highly recommend 👍👍

From the start, my experience as a customer has been outstanding.
We are moving house and the Titan Telford support has been fantastic. Tyrone has an excellent telephone mannee, been very responsive to any questions and charming both on the phone and in person.
Moving house has been a very stressful time for us, with uncertainties and big changes. But using Titan has made things a lot easier. A cheery smile and sense of humour also go a long way.
My husband was pleasanrly surprised by the high standard of the facilities and we also really appreciated the items in the shop. We will be extending our contract to make life easier with our move from Wales.

Titan storage Bridgend was absolutely amazing today getting me sorted with my storage unit , I dealt with Sean and he went above and beyond with me , so friendly very accommodating and just could not do enough , I have come from storage giant Bridgend and the service here in titan storage out does storage giant any day , I felt so welcomed honestly could not have asked for a better move in day

Tyrone really looked after me throughout the whole onboarding process, from finding the right size unit, insurances and parking. Moving in day was also very smooth.
