I called the Braintree store and was greeted kindly over the phone by the Store Manager - Matt. I have to say the service was brilliant and Matt made the changes I needed immediately and updated me on upcoming changes to access times, system and dates with follow up emails. From first contact onwards, its all gone exactly to plan. When the electronic check in failed, the manual worked.

This is the second time we have used Titan Storage at Braintree. Excellent facilities,clean ,tidy,and very easy access. Cheryl has been very helpful throughout the process. Makes house moving so much easier. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It all went very smoothly, Patryk was very helpful at the reception desk and made it very easy to move in. I couldn't be there myself but Patryk made sure the moving company knew where they had to go and opened up for them. Would recommend.

Having never had a storage unit before, everything was explained and options of different sized units shown, for us to then decide what would work best for us. Always helpful if we had any queries and the facility was always clean, felt secure and bright and airy……..thank you.

Pete Walden and the team at Warwick Titan Storage units have been very supportive, professional while providing great customer service throughout some stressful months.
Last year, I needed a large storage unit at short notice which increased to another two over the following months.
Due to high demand for storage, units, not available immediately but Pete kept me updated and let me know as soon as units became available.
Great communication regarding any changes to the service or access hours.
Site feels secure, safe and rental process gives great peace of mind that items are looked after 24/7.

We have rented a 25 square foot unit, and it fits a lot more stuff in it than you'd think! Three big car loads so far and I think we'll still fit a couple more in there. The price was competitive, access really easy and the staff have been really helpful. Definitely recommend it!
