Tjhughes Reviews

The tent I brought wasn’t structurally sound, luckily or unlucky on our last day of camping it was very windy and the tent could not withstand it, so we had to empty the tent quick smart to put it down as quickly as possible before the poles snapped. It was really quite scary for myself and my four children.
I emailed TJhughes to say I wanted to return my item because I wasn’t happy, how unsafe it was and that I wasn’t willing to put my family at risk again.
To which of much back and forth, I was offered a £20 partial refund and to keep it ( the tent cost £160).
Why on earth would I want to keep something that’s unsafe!! I am still waiting for a reply to my refusal of the refund. So yer don’t buy this tent it’s rubbish!

ordered a tent/campbed as an extra sleeping space when away with friends in a small motorhome. it arrived quickly, is good quality and simple both to set up and take down. reasonably priced, so I'd definitely consider TJ Hughes again if I need any similar items in future

Great product great price fast delivery

Came quickly. Unpacked to find the item very well made and just right for our little westie.
Good price very happy

It is ok, however, one of the trampoline legs seems 2nd hand. It is discoloured by rust, rust particles were present in the bottom of the bag it was in and it has scratches on. Also the black stoppers/ feet on the trampoline do not sit flush to the ground so the trampoline moves around a lot.

However it is functional.
