Breeins camp kitchen no person to speak to
Purchased a Breeins camp kitchen from TJ Hughes only to find the main table top for cooking was missing meaning I couldn’t set up my cooker whilst away in Cornwall with two young Children. Tried contacting TJ Hughes as that’s where I purchased it from and 4 days later I am now at the stage they have confirmed the missing part even after me stating which part was missing on the first email!! And now they are contacting their supplier to see if they can locate a replacement. Would not recommend this company as you cann’t speak to anyone it’s all automated or over email. I have never received an email back from Breeins and TJ Hughes email once every two days to say they have escalated or to confirm which part it is….again!! Would not recommend either company!!!! Still have no way of safely cooking for my two young children!!!

I had a problem with dpd and my delivery and only received half my order. I contact TJ via email, I had a response immediately, an apology they sorted my parcel and refunded my delivery charge.

Never order from here
The company is in fact responsible for the delivery ! I ordered a bottle of AROMATICS perfume and received an opened package with a bottle of shampoo inside. I have complained that same day to the delivery company and sent T J Hughes photos. Have only received emails from them telling me it's being dealt with ! A week later still no replacement item. Have now contacted the credit card company for refund. Now have to wait 28 days !! Not good enough.
