Really easy process and nice people to deal with. Billy Barret was great when I signed my documentation and everything happened really efficiently.

I needed to get my will updated - relatively quickly. The team was very efficient on the phone; giving me a date and time for a meeting the following week. Plus, they sent me a questionnaire which helped me think through my wishes as well as help them prepare for the meeting. Cristina - when conducting the meetings and managing the content and amendments - was very professional, engaging and a delight to work with. Thank you.

We initially met Hannah during the free wills offer. She quickly identified our specific needs with regard to a change of tenancy, to protect our property as much as possible, in case of care home fees. We will follow her advice regarding LPAs at a later date. Cameron had greeted us in reception and dealt efficiently with some initial paperwork.
On our subsequent visit to London to sign our Wills, we met the charming paralegals, Billy and Eleanor. They took us through the signing procedure professionally, ensuring everything was clear to us.

Rachael took over the conveyancing of our deceased brothers' property at short notice. She was quick to grasp the situation and the problems, particularly related to Land Registry. She took the time to come out to see us to ensure she had all the right information and kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to deal with.

For my Mum (Nola) making a Will was quite difficult and challenging but Cristina made the process incredibly easy to follow and looked after her every step of the way.
