Friendly professional staff. Everything explained well

Amazing dental practice. Excellent staff. Beautiful premises. Had a tooth extracted yesterday and was totally amazed at the fantastic service I received. All staff including receptionists, dental nurses and oral surgeon mr soon. Was smooth and pain free. Would totally recommend. Everything was explained to me every step of the way.

Fantastic service. I’d visited other dentists as I needed two implants and no one had reassured me enough to go ahead. I instantly felt comfortable and I think this was especially down to the dental nurse Loraine who was brilliant with communication, and care. Brad seemed to make the procedure calm and not too gruelling. Another plus was the price which was a little cheaper than local revivals. Thanks to Brad and Loraine I’m happy to smile again x

I have been attending this practice for more than a decade and it is excellent. My dentist is superb: skilful, caring and friendly. Procedures are carefully explained and all questions answered. The admin staff are welcoming and efficient, and the building is modern and clean.

Went for a filling, 2nd one in a month after years of not going to the dentist so catching up.
The Braintree location is fantastic, from booking appointments to the care received, it is 5*++

After a wait to get seen of witch had nothing to do with the practice the dentist was simply brilliant the amount of force needed to extract the wisdom tooth was great even to the point of moving my whole body not one slip like a mechanic and smashes there knuckles and at one point I thought I might end up like the joker off batman,the tooth came out whole and clean and the relief was massive .I think if I had a lesser dentist I would have been in trouble

My dentist Mr Suki and dental nurse Simone were exceptional. So kind and careful with me (a very nervous patient). I just can't believe how fast and painless my complicated procedure was! I'm so grateful, thank you.

Good service for cleaning but waited over 30 minutes for the second appointment to my check up!

Also trying to arrange for a new partial… but do not have any open hours to suit my work schedule… and no Saturday appointments any more!

The interaction with staff is always a pleasant one.
The dentist was informative and caring and did a first class job.

On my visit I saw Dara, she is truly an amazing dentist who put me at ease from the very beginning.

From the receptionist’s I felt she had no customer skills whatsoever with me , no eye contact , no smile and minimal verbal communication,not even a thank you as I said goodbye and thank you.
I actually felt like I was being judged because I was on NHS list with help.
