The practice was welcoming and the staff friendly. I was seen on time. I was also sent reminders for the appointment in advance.

Saw me on time, friendly greeting and dealt with my teeth quickly and efficiently, very happy with the outcome, could ask for no more !

I had an appointment with Dr Manikandan. I was seen on time. Dr Manikandan explained step by step what he was doing with my teeth. The finished work was a great improvement. Both Dr Manikandan and assistant were very polite and supportive . I have been coming to this dental surgery for years, and I rate Dr Manikandan the best I have seen. Excellent.

The receptionist, older lady with the glasses was extremely rude and cold. She totally ignored me and didn’t even give eye contact as I waited politely at the desk for ages. She was extremely dismissive with her body language and short and rude to me verbally like I was inconveniencing her. I would have put it down to a bad mood (we all get them) but she was extremely friendly and polite to others and on the phone. She seemed very bitter, and it seemed personal. I hope she does not treat all the younger women like this.

I always worry about seeing the hygienist. but Helen, at the Brentwood practice, is reassuring and efficient, so the whole experience is never as bad as I anticipate.
Although I travel there from Suffolk, it's worth staying with this practice as the hygienists over the years have always been excellent, with the exception of one occasion when I did not see my regular one (not my choice). My only complaint is about the number of times I receive a reminder about attending - hardly necessary in my case as it's always on my mind for the weeks leading up to the appointment.!!

The reception and waiting area is warm, comfortable and peaceful, and appointments are prompt.
This hygienist appointment with Chloe Baverstock was perfect: professional, informative and caring.
An excellent experience all round.
My next appointment is booked.....!

I have been away from the surgery since Covid, so had to register with Together Dental as the current provider to this location. My experience to apply to be re-added to their register has been faultless and so professionally handled with easy contact both at the surgery and their exceptional IT system. My assigned dentist Chloe Okerago and the course of treatment she has enabled has been so professional and a joy to attend.

Great service. Checked in and signed paperwork quickly. Was seen very promptly. Both the Dentist (Dr Rupal) and nurse Rasa were amazing and made me feel very comfortable in what is always - a tense situation!! Thanks guys!!

Was referred to together dental by my own dentist as there may have been some complications…but though they had trouble getting the tooth out,and pleased to say without cutting the gum,or having stitches,all went well,very little pain and the staff made me feel really at ease ..thumbs up from me and a big thank you

I met my new dentist for a check up very good then a new hygienist who was excellent

Went in for a broken tooth and in the past paid roughly £25.00. My Dentist was unavailable and the young girl who treated me presented me with a bill in excess of £75.00. No explanation was given when in the chair and without having an argument I just paid it to keep the peace.Not happy one little bit.
