I have been with them for at least 20 years prior to the previous owners selling the business
I have not enjoyed the experience on my last few visits and my last visit is my last one.
I don’t find the reception very friendly or welcoming.
I will say that the hygienist is very good when I see her but this time it was with the dentist.
My appointment was for 9.30 so I arrived well in time but then was left waiting for over 20 minutes with no one saying they were running late or taking any notice of me and it feels like they all feel that their time is more valuable than mine
Then yet again I get a lecture about what I should be doing and I should be paying £200 for something I don’t want even though I have paid for years for Denplan.
I was basically accused of refusing to do as advised and threatened about my dental plan being nullified which was the final straw, so what is the point of having a plan.
It feels like being pressured to spend more money every time I visit so I am now going to a different dentist in the future

The staff are polite courteous and helpful, always welcomed with a smile. The experience is great and they are very considerate, they wish to preserve your teeth and give sound good advise and discuss / demonstrate how to help you maintain your teeth. The environment within the building is light and fresh. Thank you for being as good as you are, I feel always well looked after, well my teeth that is.

Katie Smart is the best hygienist I've known. Her understanding of the use of numbing gel prior to cleaning (for me personally) surpasses others before her, which makes for an exceedingly comfortable experience.

The Dentist and Hygienist are very good. I fear there is a requirement for dentists to encourage us to take on ‘extras’ such as crowns and plates that are not vital but increase revenue.
However the reception team at Colchester practice let the side down. My last appointment I was early, checked in at reception then sat outside dentist waiting to go in but she over-ran. She was immediately concerned that I’d miss my hygienist appointment and advised that I go to take that appointment and she could fit me in afterwards. However, reception allowed another patient into my appointment- even though they knew I was in the building. Was irritating and took up 1 hour of my time. Both dentist and hygienist were very apologetic and concerned for the error. Receptionist unconcerned, unapologetic and lacking empathy.

Friendly dentist and good team. Got the best advice and treatment for my kids.

Dr Hristov at Together Dental Colchester Country Park is always great, as are all the staff.
There are never many delays and everyone is efficient and courteous.

Always friendly staff on reception and the hygienist (same one I’ve been seeing for a few years now) and assistant were both lovely and did a great job. Have been going to this practice for years and can’t fault them.

Saw the hygienist Katie for my 6 monthly clean. She is an excellent hygienist, I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks to her cleaning and advice my teeth and especially my gums are the best they’ve been in years. Very friendly and professional. 😊

Slight delay on arrival but some patients require a little more time so no problem. 2 x-ray's and inspection done smoothly and quickly.
Routine hygiene clean, done efficiently and informed during the process. Overall very good experience

My son had two fillings and the dentist lady was very patient with him. He got upset but they soon made him happy with 3 paw patrol sticker

I had a filling done at Colchester. Everybody was polite and friendly. Hristofor did a great job as always.

All the staff that I met were professional, helpful and polite. I was reassured on entering the surgery and details of the procedure were explained to me. At the completion of the procedure, I was helped back to my car. All in all, my visit to the surgery was a good experience.

I hate the dentist but it was as good as it could have been.

Extremely helpful. Managed to get us in for emergency appointment. Always very professional, and I would not go to any other dentist.
