As someone who gets extremely anxious about dental visits, I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. From start to finish, both the dentist and the assistant were incredibly caring, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain things, asked how I was feeling throughout the appointment, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Their kindness made such a difference, and I left feeling calm and confident. For the first time, I’ve actually gone ahead and booked my next appointment without fear. Highly recommended.

Clear assessment of issues about a broken tooth and options explained. Difficult rebuilding oftooth with filling undertaken. Seems very good outcome.

The receptionists are great and are always helpful. My dentist is Rudi Audit, who looks after my teeth. I recently lost half a tooth. The appointment was quickly arranged and a crown fitted without any issues. Rudi talked me through the whole process and put me at ease.

The lovely hygienist was excellent. The treatment was not painful despite me having sensitive gums. She explained everything and treated me with kindness and respect. I will definitely be back.

Lovely friendly welcome into a very clean and welcoming dental surgery. Flora was so kind, gentle and patient with my 2 year old on his first visit. Can’t fault anything.

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and personal. You feel instantly at ease and the whole experience as a new patient was so quick and easy I can’t speak highly enough. Had a first dental appt for my toddler. The hygienist/dentist didn't even introduce herself, nor explained what profession she represents.
She counted my kids teeth and the said "since you're 3 you can now have fluoride treatment". Didn't ask for my consent, didn't discuss what it's for etc.
And then said "Thats it". And that was the end of our visit followed by the assistant gaving us an old sticker.
I had to stop and ask about my kids teeth health, whether we brush correctly, how's her teeth positioned, are they crowded etc
That should be a standard practice for the first appt. There should be a discussion about brushing, which toothpaste to use, how to keep teeth healthy.
So disappointed with this, zero information, zero warmth in approach. Would give 0 if I could.

Excellent practice. The staff are superb from the Receptionists to the Hygienists to the Dentists. The premises are immaculate and the care and follow up superb! G. Collier. Caterham, Surrey.

Very little waiting time, everyone was friendly as was the overall feel of the surgery.
Very satisfied.

I phoned at 8am and explained I had a head injury that I thought loosened my bridge. They were wonderful and squeezed me in at 9am.They were so kind especially as I was crying over my accident. It’s bad news about my bridge but gave me such wonderful attention.

Been using this dental practice for many years. The reception staff are very welcoming and the environment is smart and inviting, I can always get an appointment when need to.
Rudi has been my dentist for many years, he explains each procedures so I understand what is going to happen and he’s very calm and gentle.
