Really good dentist absolutely brilliant with my 2 year old very recommended

The whole team from the front desk they all lovely, professional and helpful. I've been there for many years never had a negative point about the clinic. I have all my kids registered in there and they all given good feedback.

I came with my children as usual but saw a new dentist. I can't remember his name but on the ground floor. He was absolutely lovely and great with my children. My appointment was on time. Reception and dental assistant also lovely.

I haven’t been to the dentist since I was 16years old due to fear. (21years) due to a tooth pain I decided to make it a new year plan to get it sorted. I contact together dental and they said they had space for new nhs patients.
I was so scared before I entered the room but Romulo made me feel calm in chair and explained everything he was doing and what to expect. He was very patient with me and there was no rush.
I wish I knew about this dentist surgery years ago as I would have tried to come earlier.
My fear isn’t gone but I feel safe and willing to continue with Romulo to get over this fear.

I needed a broken tooth to be removed. The reception staff were very friendly and a dental nurse collected me from reception. Immediately the dentist introduced himself and his nurse and both were extremely friendly and I was immediately put at ease. The procedure was very quick and I was informed of all the after care. I would definitely recommend.

Had a tooth pulled here. It was a tricky one but my dentist Ms Poornesh stuck with it and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Always on time for appointment Reception staff always polite and friendly, and gives you their full attention for follow up appointments
Always very clean and bright in waiting room.
Dentist always professional. And gives you their you any advise needed in nice manner.
(Only dislike is I am sorry I did not like the Purple and White Christmas Tree 🌲)

i have been with this dental practice for many years. when my dentist Anna left i was not looking forward to someone new. However the young man i am now seeing is brilliant. very caring .made me so relaxed .i am so glad he will be my dentist from now on.

The hygienist in Ipswich is great. She's friendly, puts you at ease. The staff at the surgery are all helpful and professional.

Seema Poornesh is extremely patient and reassuring with me as I have a very bad gag reflex and cannot tolerate the basic check for very long periods. She is very understanding and kind to me and this helps me to relax and be less nervous which improves the situation.
