I recently attended the dentist for two fillings which initially went well. but after one week one filling fell out. I contacted the dentist for an after care appointment to investigate and am told I will have to pay a deposit for them to look at the tooth again. This is not what I would expect for after care when something has gone wrong.

All team members are friendly, professional and thorough as required.

About as comfortable a visit to a dental practice as it can be! L. Moakes, my hygienist, was friendly, good at what she does. Took care to make the experience comfortable. Gave me some good tips on cleaning my teeth efficiently.

Great service, got in on time, dentist was very friendly and then got booked in for 6 months time too! Not very hard to get an appointment if you need one quickly either.

Great dentist surgery, friendly & professional

It's my understanding that general routine check ups are supposed to be 10 minutes appointments, however I'm always in and out in under 5 minutes, which isn't great. In these appointments in the past, the dentist used to give your teeth a clean as well as a check over, now it's just scrape a bit of plaque off the front teeth and that's it. I feel like the back teeth and whole mouth could be cleaned if the 10 minute slot was used fully.
