I had an appointment with my dental hygienist Jordan at Together Dental, Shoeburyness. She was very good and took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout the appointment. Which I really appreciated. Her approach was professional and caring, understanding her patients comfort.

A tooth extraction is not something I was looking forward to, but the Dentist explained what the extraction process would entail, before, during, and after.
The extraction was painless and over quickly.
All in all a satisfactory outcome

I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had awful experiences in the past with rude staff, but this practice in particular is completely different. The reception team were so warm and welcoming, and Natalia, my dentist, was just amazing — incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain things in a way no dentist ever has. You can tell she is very passionate. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole way through. I’ve never known a dentist to be so reassuring and caring especially in today’s world, you just don’t get that anymore. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I visited the practice yesterday on the 9th of September to see the hygienist, Jordan. Jordan always explains what she’s going to be doing during my dental checkup and clean, asked if I have any questions. Really put me at ease. Also would like to say how helpful, pleasant the receptionist and is, always helpful and accommodating with future appointments if possible.

I have been visiting this dentist in west road shoeburyness for many years now and have always found it to be a pleasure! The receptionist was smiley and polite, and my dentist Natalia is always polite, friendly and professional I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

We highly recommend this surgery. Not only were they professional in their care and engagement with us (calming any nerves!) but when we were leaving, our young daughter had a funny turn and the whole practice came to her aid. The kindness, care and humour with which they dealt with the situation was first class. I cannot thank them enough. What a team!

Excellent service as usual follow up appointment a week after my emergency with an abscess which I received an appointment in an hour of ringing to sort that issue out.
