I’m very anxious when at the dentist but they are so good with me here. Clearly telling me what’s happening and stopping if I need to. I had a crown done recently and am really pleased with the results. Staff always friendly and helpful

My final fitting for a replacement denture went extremely well and I am delighted with the outcome. My dentist is highly competent, skilled and has a an informative and pleasant manner. I was seen early with no wait and the reception staff are efficient and helpful. Am very satsfied with the service.

Always cheerful and friendly reception staff and equally friendly dentist and dental nurse. I phoned the previous day as I had an emergency and was given an appointment the following day, could not ask for better. The dentist checked my fillings and to be absolutely sure gave me two X rays. She said it would appear I had bitten down too hard but it should settle down, but if it didn't call to come back for another review. She made me feel completely at ease.

Ida was exceptional .She removed my tooth without incurring any problems.
She was most kind and considerate at all times.

Always wait at least 20 minutes past my appointment time, but the service I receive is always good. My dentist is friendly & careful with my teeth.

I am a VERY nervous patient but the dentist and her assistant welcomed me with reassuring smiles and continually asked me if I was ok throughout the whole appointment with the hygienist for cleaning!
Kindness helps enormously along with an explanation of what is going to happen!
It makes such a difference!

I contacted the surgery re my grandson who has been having issues with his tooth and we managed to get the appointment on the day and he was attended to and prescribed ABX. We collected the meds and then he had the first dose , i dropped him off to school then within an hour I was contacted that he was struggling with the tooth so I picked him up and then called the surgery to see if he can be seen again and this was honoured . He attended to however he has needle phobia so the procedure did not go through. Reassurance was given and was asked to update the surgery before they close . Which I did and again reassurance was given .
Overall the care was very good and swift and I am very grateful.
