I've not been the dentist in years because I've always had a fear of them, but forced myself to go for a check up.
The experience was really good, friendly dentist, explained everything well and not so nervous to go back next time :)

Dentist was very professional and put me at ease by explaining my procedure in detail, I am returning for a follow up, would recommend this practice.

My appointment was for my yearly check up. The reception staff were as always warm and welcoming .I was a little bit early for my appointment as usual with me even so I did not wait to long after my specified time to be seen by my dentist. My dentist was polite and comforting as was his assistant. My suspicion of a broken tooth was confirmed as an old metal filling which had come away and would need to make an appointment to have this treated and pay for the check up and filling as one payment. I made the appointment and left . The email for said appointment arrived before I got home. Overall it was a quick and efficient experience. Thankyou.

Great service, quick response, Good customer service

I booked an emergency appointment in the morning and explained to the receptionist what the issue was and I needed to have a tooth extracted.
I arrived on time for my appointment to be kept waiting about half an hour. I went in to see the dentist which I knew was going to be my dentist as Dr Ali wasn’t in.
I was examined by the dentist only to be told that he’s not qualified in our country to extract adult teeth! And on this occasion he wouldn’t charge me.
The receptionist was very rude and didn’t even apologise for making this appointment which was a waste of my time and told me I would just have to wait until my next check up which was a 3 week wait after attending an emergency appointment! This receptionist needs training before booking further wasted appointments!

My daughter has had a couple of accidents over the past few months that have impacted her teeth. Together Dental, Hanley have been amazing with organising last minute appointments, putting her at ease and helping to make the right decisions for her teeth long term. Her dentist, Basim, is amazing with children and my daughter looks forward to seeing him at every appointment which has made the whole process a lot easier.

Amazing, no issues getting an appointment and no issues during the assessment. Would definitely recommend.

My autistic daughter had 4 fillings yesterday. The dentist man was amazing took his time and listened to my daughters needs. My daughter was happy when we left. Thank-you.

Staff are fabulous and make me feel at ease

Dentist always smiles and welcomes you in to treatment rooms making me feel relaxed and reassured. Reception staff again are very smiley and professional, never had any issues at all, dentist always goes over anything that needs doing and why and outlines costs, can’t recommend them enough, brilliant!
