I ordered a PRS SE SC245 spalted maple from Toneworld online in the morning,cheapest price i saw,and received it the next morning.Very quick delivery,guitar in perfect condition and set up great,and not even a dent or tear on the box which was a surprise! Can't fault toneworld or courier.

It was easy to place my order. The process was efficient and I was kept informed of the progress of my order until it was delivered.

I've just baught a limited edition cry baby, it arived promptly to my order and with great care. The pedal arived in layers of bubble rapping, so you know that it was cared for! I would defiantly buy from them again! Great service for great prices!

Bought a Suhr Riot distortion pedal from Gary & Rick at Toneworld, ordered online. Instant delivery of course (FOC), and although the pedal doesn't normally come with a manual (it's available as a download online), they'd even bothered to colour print it and include with the unit. Exceptional service, and even a battery included - already inside, connected, so the pedal was ready to use on opening the (extremely well-packed) parcel..
Faultless service from some of the most professional guys in the industry - can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a superb buying experience for some midi gear with Toneworld. Trouble is, I couldn't get it to work properly assuming it had a fault. One quick phone call later it was back on its way to Manchester and even though it turned out my problem was pilot error (fail on my part), Dave and Gary sent me something else I was after by return of courier. Incredible customer service all round - seriously, customer for life now.
Their product range is great - stocking a lot of stuff you just can't get anywhere else, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Just wish I lived a bit closer so I could go in and shake them by the hand. Or maybe even give them a hug :).
