I recently purchased a SBMM JP70 Green Burst from Toneworld, after countless days of searching for the model I found Toneworld. 2 left in stock, so I purchased. Next day delivery, the works. Because they're technician wasn't on site on my day of purchase, they gave me a call to tell me my order would be a day late, but I was entitled to a free set up, action adjustment, re-stringing to a gauge set of my choice. Of course I took their offer, and still received my item bang on the day after next. Guitar arrived in excellent condition (new) and was set up perfectly - Best guitar i've purchased yet! Thanks Toneworld! Would buy again from you.

I bought a American Deluxe Tele from Toneworld - I've visited thw shop, they are nice people, but they didn't have in what I really wanted.

Some months later, I saw that they had a Tele in stock, perhaps I missed it when I was in the shop, so I ordered it online late at night. They rang me up next day to check what set up I wanted, string height, string thickness. The Tele arrived the next day, beautifully packed.

Great service and not the first time I have bought from Toneworld. I bought a Mono gigbag from Toneworld last year and it arrived next day too.

I live in the US, and ordered on Monday and received on Tuesday, how much better can it get??

Product arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and as specified.
My only complaint was that for the price, £105.0,0 a mains adaptor was not included with the pedal, so was not ready for immediate use
I accept that this is a manufacturer issue and does not reflect on Toneworld, in any way

My search for a decent compressor pedal took me from Switzerland, to the USA, then back to my homeland and indeed homecity of Manchester, UK. Bought the Rothwell Love Squeeze compressor, handmade in Bolton, Lancs from newly opened Toneworld in Manchester and it was unbelievably by me in Switzerland the very next day!

Ordered a Mission rewah pro on the Thursday evening turned next day early!
Great service, as for the mission rewah pro its the most versatile wah i've used full stop and the sound and tone from it is in a different league to all other wahs i have tried, modded or custom built myself. The 16 internal switch options give an incredible tonal range from vintage Hendrix sound to heavy bass wah to funk to crisp wah. The only downside is that the switches could be on the outside, easy mod to do though and the switching is true bypass with the option to fit an on LED built into the SPDT switch PCB. The guys at Mission Engineering are great engineers and responded with all the info i needed. All round fantastic service from Tone World & Mission Engineering. Thankyou my wah hunt is over and its been a long one!

Bought a PRS guitar from toneworld with a really good discount, guitar is amazing and excellent value, but the setup is to die for... You can tell these people are guitar players selling guitars to people who play guitars. I would definitely buy from here again.
