I first engaged with Tonic at the tail end of 2024, working with Sarah was awesome, she made me relaxed and I felt I was in good hands.

Due to issues beyond their control I had my procedure postponed twice (medical diagnosis issue as well as an issue with CPAP machines), however the 3rd time was an absolute charm.

Tonic have been nothing but attentive, caring and responsive through out my engagement with them.

They've made a difficult procedure bearable, enjoyable, dare I say it, easy.

The surgeon I used was great, we went through the procedure, communicated and it made the whole thing just so relaxing.

Post Op support has been out of this world, unfortunately for them I had a very easy procedure, I didn't suffer with any post op issues and I sometimes felt like I was wasting their time when we spoke on the phone because "NOTHING" had gone wrong.

As I progress my journey I will shortly be working with their PTI and Dieticians and I have no doubt that the next stages of my life with Tonic will continue to be fulfilling.

I am 1 year post op and From start to finish tonic have been amazing, The care is next to none I have my life back and they made it as easy and as simple as possible they are always there on the end of the phone or email day or night,, I would recommend them to all my friends and family and have done hahha.

In my opinion, Tonic are the best weight loss surgery company in the business. From the start their professionalism, knowledge and care had been outstanding. The aftercare they offer is second to none, by far better than any other provider I’ve encountered or researched. Their team is always on hand with information and support. I’ve lost almost 8 stone with a gastric sleeve and maintaining successfully but know if I ever need guidance I can utilise the tools available especially the private facebook group and virtual PT. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for WLS.

Fantastic service. Luckily I've had no complications. The aftershaves team were great, they have always been easy to contact and go above and beyond to help you. I felt very safe and confident with this company, my surgery was in Burcott Hall with Dr Awad. My surgery date was 9th Sept 2023.

From initial phone call to aftercare I felt informed of every decision I was making. Consultant and hospital (London based) were welcoming and understanding. Aftercare from Tonic nurses, dietician and fitness coaches have been excellent.

Great service from start to finish and the continued support is really good hitting my targets made me welcome at the hospital everything went smooth as I was told definitely recommend to anyone as was always saying for years I was going to do it and never did but finally did and don't regret it one bit

I have struggled with food since a very young age. I've done all the fad diets there are. After my wedding, my weight hit an all time high, I would lose as much as a stone and then would gain another two.
My mindset was just NOT there. I then saw a advert on Facebook for tonic and then contacted someone from extra information. They requested that they spoke to me on the phone which I declined several times until I put my big girl pants on. It was the best decision I have ever made. She was so informative, helpful and really supportive. She was not pushy in the slightest.
I had my surgery September 24th 2023 by Dr Hewin. He has been also amazing. The follow up care hasn't been as good as I first thought but that's probably because I haven't actually needed it. I started my journey at 18 stone 7 and I'm currently 11 stone 3 but this can fluctuate between 10 stone 10 - 11 stone 5.
This procedure has changed my life! I can now run around with my children and now I actually enjoy life!

My 1st sleeve anniversary is this week, and I have lost 7.7 stone so far. My experience with Tonic from my first email, was exceptionally professional. I was sent lots of information, was not pressured to make a decision, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The pre-surgery and surgery itself were excellent, as was the aftercare. I received plenty of post-surgery support (although I didn't need any). I would recommend not only the surgery but the surgical team and Tonic to anyone, My only regret was not doing it sooner. I contacted Tonic regarding bariatric surgery, from the 1st phone call they were so helpful and friendly and understanding. They arranged everything, from my free consultation with the amazing Mr Awad, to my hospital admission and everything in between. Now, 6 months on after my surgery, they still check up on me with all the aftercare and are always there with any questions or needs I have. From the very first consultation, my experience with Tonic has been exceptional. Mr sherif Awad is top notch, very thorough on consultation and amazing on day of surgery, the upbeat music made me feel more relaxed walking into theatre. And aftercare has been great. Anytime I need help advise they are only a phone call away. I would definitely recommend Tonic as a company to go with. Hands down the best.

Had a gastric sleeve in march 27th 2024 at Leeds and it was the best thing I’ve down the support you get is amazing the team are brilliant any time you need help there always there when u need them
