I purchased the Gloria Vintage ($219) wore the shoes 4 times before scuffed, and looked obviously cheap. Emailed customer serves to be advised to get the shoes fixed at my own expense. I was also advised the scuffing happens with “high impact” didn’t realise walking was “high impact” lol. Don’t buy, so terrible.

Heel caps fell off after a few wears - this is the second time I've experienced this with a Tony Bianco purchase. Good luck emailing customer service..they simply advise you to visit a shoe repairer (at your own expense).

Cheap quality, you can’t wear these shoes. Their customer service is disgusting too. They sell cheap worn stuff and don’t take it back. Ignorant, cheap and incompetent. Save your money and never buy here.

Horrific customer service staffed by ignorant and unprofessionals with no knowledge of their product or how to interact with public. Quality of product is sub-par and are substantially overpriced. Would never order from this company again and would urge anyone who cares about quality or style to avoid.

Disappointing experience. The shoes are of very poor quality, and the customer service is extremely difficult to deal with. They take forever to respond, and the refund process is unnecessarily long and frustrating. Would not recommend.

Horrible.Big clown sized boots that needed returned. Customer service received boots as tracking showed and failed to issue a refund or respond to any email. Boots were $340 and not worth the headache of disputing my charge or the cheap materials they were made with. I will never purchase from this company again. I’ll let my bank handle it!

Terrible customer service and have been getting no response from the company. I tried cancelling an order 10mins after I placed it and there has been no response from the people.

Worst costumer service with attitude, and I still haven't received my refund from them. I do not recommend buying from them.

Unresponsive customer service. Return process is impossible. Will never shop here again.

Not able to get any response as to the status of my order shipment.
They are very defensive when questioning fulfillment.
I suggest only going through Revolve and NOT directly their online website as customer service response is lacking. This appears to be a continuing problem for customers and the company is unwilling/unable to correct this deficit.

Like so many other reviews mention the customer service is nonexistent, they do not respond (completely ignore you) I received a pair of shoes that I paid full price for that were terribly damaged and marked with badge on the sole hanging off the bottom so I wrote to customer service to see if I could return for a refund or maybe a replacement but I didn’t want to pay for shipping costs from UK to Australia (why should I as I was sent a pair of faulty damaged shoes?!) I’m yet to receive a response but I’m not holding my breath. My advice to anyone wanting a pair of this particular brand of shoe is to purchase from revolve

Ordered online and received shoes with a fault. I emailed them and they never replied, even after following up. Another pair - the strap around the back of the heal stretched so much after a few wear that now they are like flip flops! Terrible quality. May as well have got the same thing for half the price.

Well, I ordered my sandals and the final bill says is 155 dll
but in my bank balance shows 225 and then FedEx charge me 80 dlls
I don't get it. Next time I will do just local shopping or amazon.

I ordered three pairs of shoes on this site during the final sales, when I received the order one of the two pairs was damaged. the insole was peeled off. the heel badly glued, like a totally cheap product. and yet these are expensive products. I contacted several times the customer service to make a gesture, there was nothing. they neglect their customers. in addition I paid the shipping costs, as well as the Customs for shoes with a disappointing quality.
