Arrived on time and as described with a good price to boot

Misleading, non existent customer service. Regret using this company

Tooled up came to rescue again this month. First time was for a 10mm size sheet metal punch and now for a 53mm Makita mower blade. I had had the idea of increasing the bends on the blade ends to cut lower without grounding the chassis but I had been reluctant to try it as would be difficult to "undo" neatly. The first place I looked up was Tooled-Up and in a couple days I received a very well packed shiny new branded blade and was I free to do some blacksmithing, knowing I could put the mower back to standard in a trice if the plan didn't work. (But it did).

Excellent on initial sale. Follow up with Customer Service when tool found to be faulty was poor - three weeks later and still not contacted by manager. Fortunately it was a Bosch product and my experience there was so much better. Collected next day, repaired and returned by end of week.

Highly competitive price for the mini circular saw I was looking for. Very quick dispatch with no extra discriminatory delivery charge to "mainland" Scotland (although I can't comment on larger tools). I will be shopping with them again.

I ordered a Makita saw-blade on Sunday 19th via the website, it said "Usually despatched within 3 working days". I heard nothing further so chased Thursday 23rd and was told should be shipped 24th or 27th. Chased 27th and now told should be shipped by the end of the week (31st) so had no choice but to cancel the order. Website still saying same 3 Day despatch. Very nice polite customer service on phone (hence not 1 star) but terrible communication and outright lie to maintain the "3 Day Despatch" on the website.
