Very terrible experience in store. And you can not get refunds if you want to return the item and the sales will not tell you that you can not get refunded.

Worst online buying experience. My 2nd time buying from Tory Burch online and again postponed my order. Seems like it will be no stock again! Wonder will I ever get to buy any item online from them. This will be my last time trying. They won’t contact you to let you know postponed or out of stock , you will need to contact them to ask for updates! Never again !

223 REGENT STREET made me feel special the way she helped choose my classic shoes. She was so genuine and recommended a shoe that matched my structure. Very professional and friendly.

I had similar experience as one of the customer here - K M. I ordered TB bag for my birthday. However the handle of the bag I received was badly damaged. I requested either get a new handle or exchange the bag locally. Then I was told international order can only be returned. Eventually I was out of pocket 141aud for shipping +tax+ insurance. Overall 141aud I bought big disappointment for my birthday. I would suggest try your best to avoid this brand online shopping.

Delayed response to emails felt like I was being ignored. When shipment arrived the item was inferior quality. Either returned item or display was shipped despite being told it was brand new. Follow up and returns process was painful and I was out of pocket from shipping and customs charges. 15% discount code was offered as compensation for inconvenience, which basically company wins and customer loses. So disappointing and not the level of service expected to be associated with this brand

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a bag nearly a month ago, multiple phone calls chasing this and when I put in a formal complaint about this, they just cancelled the order. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to gamble your money! Absolutely useless!

Do not buy anything from this company. Everything they sell is fake thats why its so cheap. I contacted the company via email a week ago ask for a refund and haven't heard anything back. I am now £160 out of pocket. I wish trustpilot would let you give a lower score than 1 star.

Today my wife and I went into Tory Burch and were highly impressed by one of the employees. His name was Rodrigo Gutierrez from the La-Cantera store. We were not sure what we wanted to purchase as gifts, and he was extremely helpfull with his knowledge and expertise of the merchandise. We greatly appreciated his patience for all our questions and how freindly and personable he was. We wish more sales people could have the professionalism and personality of Rodrigo Gutierrez.

Bought a £150 braclet from Tory Burch, a present for someone, expecting it to come in a box or nicely packaged. But no, but came in a small plastic pouch which says made in China on it. Be prepared to needing to buy a box before purchasing.

Customers service is awful. They do mistakes, and then it’s not their problem. Customer has to deal with it

Ordered a bracelet over two weeks ago, got an email a week later saying it had been cancelled as out of stock. Ordered in a different colour and again took a week to get a cancellation email. How they can assure 2-4 working day delivery when it takes them a week to even process the order is beyond me. Really don't expect that kind of lazy or outdated system for those prices. It's 2022, do better.

Ho comprato on line uno zainetto nero in tessuto con interno verde trapuntato.520 euro. Dopo 10 mesi si rompe non la cerniera, ma la cucitura che fa aderire la cerniera alla scocca dello zaino. Chiedo di poterlo riparare alla boutique di riferimento. Mi dicono che è impossibile riparare uno zaino di 10 mesi da 520 euro!!!!
Mi terrò ben lontana da questo marchio.

Do not buy purses from them! No matter how cute they are, they are terrible quality. The siding on the leather handles will fall apart and start to come off before you ever even use the purse. It is insane. Spend the extra money and buy your purse from literally anywhere else! I kept buying new ones of the same exact purse because it was the only one I liked, and the same thing happened with every single one. And of course now they don’t even sell them anymore and they do not even fix bags themselves, they will refer you to companies that do an expensive terrible job. (Cheaper to buy a new one but if they don’t sell anymore you’re done) Customer service will say they will get back to you and completely blow you off. I reached out three times in 2 months and they said they’d get back to me, I think I gave them plenty of time. So I called their office directly and they weren’t much help. You will have flawless bag, with all the leather siding/sealant falling off. It looks terrible and you will be too embarrassed to ever wear your purse in public. I have other items from them (keychains etc.) that I’ve had for years and they still look brand new, but good luck if you buy one of their purses.

I went into the Tampa location on 10/10 to exchange 2 pair of the miller shoes (slides) I'd purchased in Orlando which was to small. While in the store I purchased my daughter a pair as well. They are to small, so she went to exchange them today and the service she received from Sarah Bosshart who supposedly was the manager on duty. They smirked when my daughter asked for a manager and Sarah who was the manager continuously cut her off while trying to speak and told her w/o a receipt they could not help her. I called cust care who had me on hold for over 15-20 minutes only to come back to the phone and tell me the supervisor system was down and that she was not sure when someone could call me back. ‍ Then after doing my own research I found where I had ordered from online while using the salesperson tablet to do so while I was purchasing in store. I called to the Tampa location gave the date I ordered in store and they found my receipt which they say it was not attached to my profile. Know one knows why but we all know that TB is not cheap at all so, why wasn't my receipt attached to my profile? Then my daughter was embarrassed and had to
Drive 1hr and 30min back home due to the horrible traffic. I definitely will never shop w Tory Burch ever again after the last 3 bad experiences. Thanks for showing me just how much you value my business.

Days ago, Tory Burch did inbox me again, this time, they stated that they would offered me assistance and clearly knew that what bag I wanted to order, even asked me to call them regarding the issue. Then I asked them what for, again, they admitted that they could not entertain a request of order from Hong Kong yet in the website, there is international order, but not to Hong Kong! I made comments on the Tory Burch Foundation for they claimed to empower you but in reality deprived you by depriving my comment on the Foundation!

Katastrophe und unlautere Methoden vei Retouren. Ich habe einen Pullover zurückgesendet, da er mir zu kurz war. Die Retoure kam bei Tory Burch Deutschland an und wurde dann anscheinend intern weiter nach Benelux geschickt. Man bestätigte mir den Eingang der Retoure auf meine Nachfrage hin und verwies darauf dass man 21 Werktage (!!) für die Bearbeitung brauche. Nun ja, selbst nach 4 Wochen hatte ich noch keine Erstattung erhalten, da meine Retoure anscheinend intern verloren gegangen sei (auf dem Weg nach Benelux). Dass dieses nicht mein Problem sei, wurde sehr höflich ignoriert. Nach dem ich eine Frist mit Androhung einer Klage (36 Tage nach Eingang der Retoure bei Tory Burch Deutschland) gesetzt hatte, wurde am Stichtag erst das Geld zurückerstattet.
Für mich ein absolutes No-go. Hände weg. Verstoss gegen Verbraucherschutzgesetz: Retouren sind spätestens 14 Tage (KEINE Werktage) nach Eingang zu erstatten.

My Tory Burch sandals sole came off , I contacted the customer service and they asked for pictures , my name and address and never helped. Bad quality shoes , horrible customer service
