They claimed to be transparent but EVERY item contains Natural Flavors!!! Tasted so gross too and avoid the coffee unless you like chunks in it

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered collagen peptides - flavor caramel, received on a Sunday (unfortunately the flavor was not for me), and by Tuesday after contacting customer service they had already had a new unflavored shipment headed my way.

They now have a customer for life! It feels great to be appreciated and valued as a customer and Transparent Labs demonstrates that from start to finish!

They ship to slowly, their shipping is ridiculous compared to other companies like them and they charge shipping that would allow much faster. Overpriced and think they are bigger than the game like so many supplement companies in the past that are no longer going concerns.

I was not satisfied with the initial product I purchased. The customer service team, specifically Matthew, was so helpful with replacing the product so I could try a different variation that I might enjoy. Regardless of whether the new product works out, I give the customer service 5 starts

I had an issue with a protein and they took swift action, offered a replacement and no issues whatsoever. Not only are the products amazing but so is the customer service.

Transparent Labs went above and beyond when I accidentally missed my pause on the monthly subscription. Not only did Reilly act with total professionalism, but also refunded me in full and told me to keep and share the product with friends and family. It was so refreshing to have a company understand the mistake and be so forgiving.

I have a subscription that I paused because I was traveling internationally and when I came back home I unpaused and accidentally duplicated my order. I emailed within the day and Colin and Reilly were able to resolve this problem within the day! Not too many places these days have great customer service and great products - will definitely be cautious on next order haha. But nonetheless will be back.

Their products are undeniably top notch. From the ingredients used to third party testing TL comes through with the highest of marks in my book.
So what could possibly be better? We've all experienced frustration with other companies customer service, but TL's customer service is truly the best I've encountered anywhere. This is what a supplement company should be and TL is the out-in-front leader.

I ordered the Stem-Free pre-workout supplement and I had a reaction to it. I contacted the company and they were very helpful with my concerns and even agreed to send out another product that didn’t have the ingredient that caused my reaction. I’m very happy and pleased with the assistance I received from them. I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their products and are committed to making sure that your are satisfied.

I am a service connected military veteran and Transparent labs became monumental to me because as their products are by far the best. I am a true loyal customer and plan to continue purchasing all products I am able to purchase ,especially when they introduce their new products

After a recent order I checked my email later in the week and TL had sent me a notification that my order had apparently sat for several days in a regional carrier center, I hadn't noticed so it caught me by surprise. This morning the shippers apparently discovered the delay and transferred my order to the local USPS, it was delivered with our mail about noon today.
I just wanted to take a moment to commend Transparent Labs for the excellent service you provide from start to finish, keeping track of the shipping status goes beyond my personal experience, you have set a high standard for others to follow, my thanks to all involved from ordering to delivery.
On another related note in which I may as well also give you a superior rating, I'm 73 yoa and have been following the YouTube creator Still In The Fight, he is a former Special Forces US Army medic who creates content that is strictly related to health and fitness for seniors. One of his most recent episodes involved a problem he encountered taking creatine, the product he was using (not TL) developed lumps and inconsistency as he was nearing the bottom of the container.
I am just now starting my resistance training after finishing my chemo treatments, I opened my current container of TL Creatine HMB and discovered a desiccant pack inside, I recalled the problem the YouTube creator had and thought this was a excellent preventive step to sustain product integrity, though I've not noticed any problems with TL products. A few days later I discovered a second desiccant pack further down in my container, you had doubled the protection of my product! I just want to let you know that again places you on the podium above all products I use, your commitment to excellence is not just talk, you also backup your talk with positive and productive action.

There was a mixup in ordering and Transparent Labs did more than just corrected the problem. They wanted to sure I was more the happy. Totally surprised, thanks for not only a great product but great customer service as well.

,I like many others, have found their customer service to be nonexistent. I to, did not receive my order. That said, transparent labs did ship my order, but it was lost in the mail by the United States Postal Service. After waiting the full seven days I contacted transparent labs customer service through their website. I explained the situation and asked them to re-ship my order. I also provided them all the tracking information so they could see for themselves that it was never received. After three more follow up emails to customer service and one phone call. I still have yet to receive a response from transparent labs, nor have I received the product. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. They’re really good at marketing it to you and sending you emails every day trying to sell you more product but clearly don’t care about their customers once they get their money. For this reason I will look elsewhere for quality supplements.

Customer service is quickly responsive to all service requests with fair resolutions.

Excellent quality protein

Had an issue with delivery. The Transparent Lab went right to work and resolved the issue immediately. I received my product at our new address in short time. Great job and thank you.
