Communication with Emma was amazing, she was quick to respond and extremely helpful with any queries or concerns we had about our trip even during the Christmas/New year period. We will be using Transporthubuk again in the future. Can thoroughly recommend.

We were over on a golf trip in Southampton and the travel was made very easy. Easy to book, then Alex our agent, checked everything about our luggage to ensure the right driver and vehicle was with us.
Our driver Keith was always early, very accommodating and helped with any queries. We also had to change our destination slightly and this was not a problem.

We hired a minibus for our corporate beach clean event in September and had a brilliant experience. Booking through Sarah Frost was really straightforward, even though we needed multiple stops and some waiting time - they were very flexible and accommodating. Our driver, Ian, was fantastic: patient, friendly, and made the journey enjoyable. We'll definitely this this company again!

This was an organised short break for adults with Learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism. The minibus which was sent could not accomodate all our passengers, luggage and walking aids. The driver said that the relevant info was not passed on, if it had been he would have brought his trailer along. My husband had to put all the excess baggage into his car and follow us to our destination! When I complained there was no responsibility taken. Will not use them again.

We used Transport Hub for our company’s 40th anniversary event, arranging travel from seven different locations. They made the whole process easy to organise and everything ran smoothly. On the day, they were extremely accommodating when unexpected traffic issues arose, ensuring everything stayed on track.

Absolutely awful…avoid this company at all costs! Booked a 24 seater mini coach for 23 passengers, a 16 seater arrived according to the driver another was on the way…after calling and not getting a response from the other driver, he then tried to order a cab!! 23 women had to squeeze into a 16 seater, 3 was sitting on the floor, 3 on peoples laps and 1 stood the entire hour and a half journey! After calling to try and get an explanation I was told that the “agent” I booked through was busy nobody else can apprantly deal with the complaint, I am still waiting a phone call back which I highly doubt I’ll get! The response from the what’s app on route to the destination was “sorry for the inconvenience” simply not good enough, we were late leaving due to the mix up and nearly missed our booking! Terrible company DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Just a heads up with regards to the reply..2 vehicles was not agreed at the time of booking I booked 1 x 24 seater mini coach, the driver did not issue an immediate cash refund I simply said I was not paying the entire amount! £65 reduction when 7 people didn’t have a seat is entirely unreasonable and if it wasn’t for the fact that the driver was such a nice man I would have refused to pay completely! I will await the confirmation email that you’ve stated that you have sent no doubt I’ll be calling again tomorrow.

We have used a few different transportation companies while traveling to/from London. This was by far our best experience. The driver met us on time and the mini bus was just the right size for our group of 11 with quite a bit of luggage. The trip from London to Southampton was without incident. I will use them for all future transportation needs when traveling to/from London. Alex was always very timely with answers to any questions or concerns I had.

A day out..

We used this minibus service for our picnic outing and it was a great experience. The driver was very courteous and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable and arrived safely

We booked a coach for a birthday night out. After we paid deposit we was told there was no alcohol unless we paid an extra £150 damage deposit. The driver then informed us after we had all left the coach he would be taking the £150 deposit because of a spilled drink on a floor which was easily wiped up. They tried lying saying he needed the coach fully cleaned for a small spill when he admitted he had a pick up directly after us which couldn’t be possible to get the fully cleaned in the time. He also was aggressive because we was 15 minutes late arriving and then picked us up 20 minutes late and had us stood in the cold at 10pm after going mad at us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS JOKE OF A COMPANY. After arguing they then refunded £75 of the deposit after saying it was £150 for a clean so either way they was lying. They have then threatened me with court proceedings unless I take my review down and are making up lies saying we was smoking cannabis onboard which is a complete lie.
If we was smoking cannabis and they needed a full deep clean why would they refund me £75 of the deposit?Why wait till the day after till you seen my review to claim we was smoking cannabis? It makes no sense

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked well in advance for 8 people mini van after a wedding in Winchester back to London, only to be left stranded in the middle of nowhere at night with initially zero communication.

Their “24/7” phone line doesn’t work, no replacement driver was sent, and they even sent a fake WhatsApp screenshot as “proof” they’d tried to call to tell me. The screenshot dates were wrong! After an hour they did eventually communicate with us but they were unable to propose a viable solution.

They appeared to be communicative beforehand, but when we actually needed help, no one answered.

Trying to get my deposit back was absolute shambles as well. They came up with a series of contradicting excuses. No one had a clue what was going on!

Unsafe, dishonest, and unreliable.

First time booking and received great customer service, quick response time and brilliant service. Booked for a friend’s hen party for an airport trip and they provided such a great experience to start the trip. Would definitely recommend.

Emma always responded promptly, day or night. The driver Zaheer was professional, punctual, and very pleasant.

Sarah at the booking office was easy to work with. Muhammed, Umer, and Ali were brilliant drivers and ensured we were dropped off and picked up from the best place at a busy event, they were always in contact.
