Booked our holiday with Claire and can highly recommend, her years of experience is priceless.
Claire took the time to ask questions of what we were looking for to ensure she matched us with the right holiday and it worked a treat and had an amazing holiday. Quick response times during the booking process and also was very helpful in assisting with the additional items such as airport parking, insurance and ensuring we had all the relevant documents in place for Covid requirements

I have booked our family holiday for august 2023 with Claire, she came with a high recommendation from a friend and I have since recommended her to my friends who I am sure will also book their holidays too :) Holidays to me are vital, they give us an opportunity to switch off & spend proper time with our loved ones so putting my trust in someone to book this for me is quite big, I have always usually done it myself, but I will definitely use Claire again.

Claire was absolutely fantastic. Always prompt in returning emails and answering any of my questions. I told Claire the sort of holiday I would like and she came back with great suggestions. I picked one of the holidays she suggested to Greece, , a singles holiday . Claire was so helpful, sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start organising a holiday. Claire did it all for me. Easy , quick and so helpful. I highly recommend Claire Titcombe.

Claire is amazing. This is the second time we have booked with her. Previously we booked our family holiday for June this year. We have now just booked our Honeymoon and nothing was too much trouble for Claire. Would definitely recommend booking with Claire and we will definitely be booking again with her in the near future.

Claire has been great. She worked with us to try and find a holiday for a group of teens who wanted different things. After months of trying to find the right holiday to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, Claire managed to find us the perfect holiday with all the extra we wanted to make it extra special! Claire is so efficient and has her client's best interests as her top priority. When we told Claire one set of flight times didn't suit our young children she came up trumps with some great flights that we hadn't seen ourselves! We'll now be flying from a local airport, with great flights, and for less money. What a gem!

I have been looking for a summer holiday for myself and two teenage daughters for a few months, but wasn't able to find the perfect match for our needs. I contacted Claire following a recommendation and i cant speak highly enough of her. I emailed her with my request and in a very short timescale, Claire replied with a choice of options. I did my usual trick of procrastinating and asked Claire for more options which she promptly supplied. I'm so happy and relieved to have booked a summer holiday that will suit each of us individually. Thanks Claire - fantastic customer service - we'll be back!!
