It was good and enjoyed the trip p

I came across a consultant Name Brandon he is very calm professional and listner as well.I changed my dates sevral time before booking but he sorted in very professional way.He is bilingual as well I had an opportunity to talk with other
cousaltant of this agency and all of them were respectful. I will recommend every one to trust in this agency.

We booked our holidays package recently to Japan. Initially we were bit nervous but the excellent customer service and knowledgable travel consultant made our tour a memorable one. I strongly recommend Bird Voyage and certainly would like to book our next holidays with them.

The customer service has been exceptionally poor. Firstly they booked me to the wrong destination, after numerous exchanges this was corrected with the provision of some totally preposterous itinerary options. Given none of these were acceptable I requested a refund which the company refused my request which I do believe is in breach of my consumer rights.
Jay was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional all the attributes that derives the lowest standards of customer service.
Whilst after much perseverance we agreed on a suitable flight I will most certainly never use this travel agent again.

Victor has been fantastic at helping organise my son's flights to Sri Lanka. He always answered my questions with polite and helpful responses.

Wanted to give a ‘five star’ but it was self inflicted on their part to have created a lot of confusion in booking our tickets with Emirates. However, they Rav & Dominic did their best to sort this out for us in the end to our satisfaction.

The Bird Voyage team who my wife and I liaised with today were so patient, and understanding of our travel requirements to the USA.
They looked at all of the various options, and travel companies and sorted out our flights to the USA for Christmas and New Year to spend the holiday season with our daughter who lives in New York.

Exceptional service and truly personalised care

We recently booked a family trip through Victor, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our family’s needs, particularly those of our daughter who has additional needs. What really stood out was that he didn’t simply arrange a standard holiday for us — he tailored the entire trip around our daughter’s requirements, making sure that everything would be suitable, accessible and enjoyable for the whole family.

He carefully selected a hotel that was appropriate for her needs and made sure the excursions we booked were accessible and suitable for her. He also organised all the important details, including getting us to and from the airport and arranging wheelchair assistance, which took a huge amount of stress and worry away from us.

Everything was so well organised that we could simply enjoy our holiday as a family. Knowing that someone had thought through all the details and understood our daughter’s needs gave us a level of reassurance that is incredibly valuable.

The attention to detail, patience and genuine care shown throughout the whole process was exceptional. It was clear that this wasn’t just about booking us a holiday — he genuinely wanted to make sure that every member of our family could have a fantastic experience.

We came away feeling extremely grateful for all the effort that went into making our trip so smooth and enjoyable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Victor to anyone, particularly families who have additional accessibility or special requirements.
