Vince was excellent in sorting out our travel itinerary to India. He was polite and professional at all times and really listened to my requirements. He was efficient and gave a great service. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Crystal once again did an amazing job booking our recent holiday to Greece. The service again was 10/10, from helping us finding a great hotel and flights that worked great for us. To sorting our transfers and even did our check in made our lives so much easier. Will definitely book for the third time with her.

Handy when you are busy and navigating booking flights at the last min, help with check in details, travel delays etc

My trip to Italy was amazing..all thanks to Ethan

We have had 3 trips with Bird Travel. 1st trip was to Singapore and Malaysia. Package was put togather by Oscar. He suggested that we should go to Maldives and then to Singapore. This was not in our itenary. Brilliant suggestion. Then Another trip to Thailand and Vietnam.Crystal was brilliant. Very good hotels and reputable airlines. Recently went to Bali and Singapore. Yet again Crystal discussed all the hotels as we were there for 2 weeks and stayed in 3 different hotels. Then went to Singapore. Hotel was brilliant. We were privileged with rooms on 30th floor with the best view. She was liaising with us throughout our trip. Ensuring we do not have any issues . She even helped us with checking in. I would definitely recommend Bird Travel. Especially Crystal.

An absolute privilege and pleasurable experience with this company. Crystal was immensely helpful throughout the booking process and is a credit to this business. It was a complicated itinerary but she simplified everything. A repeat customer who cannot speak highly enough of a profession, courteous and friendly company. Highly recommend.

Excellent service by Ethan once again. I was able to book my international flights with ease. Ethan was very helpful and offered suitable payment solutions. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Top class service, always well looked after!

I am very grateful to the agent who arranged my travel documents as I had no difficulty with checking in at the airport neither in the UK or at my destination on return. My boarding pass was prepared and sent to me two days before travelling and the agent was very polite and helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone who is travelling and I will definitely be booking my next flight with the Bird travel agents.

Just wanted to say I rang Sunexpress today with some queries. Victor was very friendly and helpful and has put my mind at ease. Would recommend

Be very careful with BirdTravel! They claim to be a reputable company selling holiday packages, but my experience was completely different. They pressured me into paying quickly without giving full details upfront. Only after I paid did they reveal extra conditions and hidden terms they never mentioned before. It felt like they were just looking for ways to take more money from me. This company is a scam — please stay away! Many people are falling into their trap. Don’t let it happen to you.
