Where do I begin. Victor has been handling our holidays for the last 2.5 years and we’ve had outstanding service from him even outside of office hours he has always given prompt and helpful replies. He is also very patient and supportive in understanding our needs as a family. He has also helped us book holidays for large groups with a seamless service start to finish where every passenger in the group has different needs, be it young families or elderly family members. He always ensures we are paying the very best price as well as trying to find us and suggest us the best deal. I couldn’t recommend nor thank him enough and I will continue to use him as well as recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Victor

I had a really great experience booking my flight through this company. From the beginning, the service was excellent, and the whole process was made so easy and stress-free.

I would especially like to mention Kevin, who was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to help whenever I had questions.

I also really appreciated the instalment payment option, as it made paying for my ticket much easier. Being able to pay bit by bit was very convenient and took away a lot of financial pressure.

I was well attended to, on phone, friendly staff by the name of Kelvin, was very kind and polite. He answered all my questions and the booking was very straightforward. I will recommend a thousand times over.

Kevin is what makes it great. This was just one of the companies we called for tickets to Turkey. However, Kevin called back whilst we were completing a purchase with another company. Kevin matched the price but unfortunately we were in the process already and carried on with the other firm. Anyway, the other firm began to have issues with booking our tickets for some reason so we called Kevin back. He told us there were no issues that he could find with the same booking. The other firm also decided to increase the price all of a sudden as well citing problems with booking all 12 travellers together. Kevin explained what they were up to and booked the tickets at the same price he had quoted previously. Saved the day for us all, amazing. Went so smoothly I thought we would have issues. But the tickets are here, checked and booked as promised. Thank you Kevin. The other firm by the way was Southall Travel. Will be calling Kevin from now on.

I had a great experience. I have been a sensitive situation. he make sure that he has provided me because needed regarding the tickets and it was hard to get the tickets because of the war n fight. But he make sure he got me to get a reasonable price and the less Travel time and he did stay in touch with me all the time very efficient

Our feedback

We spoke to Victor to arrange the trip and he was always there for all the support and was very helpful. We are very happy with his service.

Regarding the trip
From the very beginning, we repeatedly emphasised that having a safe, reliable, and professional driver was our top priority. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There were several occasions where the driver was not truthful and did not meet the standards we were expecting.

On one of the days, my mother was unwell, which caused them to be around 30 minutes late. We had been assured that if this happened, Akash would check whether the Monkey Forest visit could still be accommodated. Despite following up with Akash multiple times, we never received a response. His communication seemed to be only with the driver, and we were left without any updates. In the end, the driver made the decision himself, and the Monkey Forest was skipped and not arranged.

Considering the itinerary was already very tight, we expected some flexibility or adjustments so that the missed attraction could be accommodated. Unfortunately, no effort was made to do so.

We also found Akash’s communication to be quite rude at times, which made the experience a lil frustrating.

It is genuinely sad because I spent a lot of time planning this trip with you to make it special for my parents. Sadly, after this experience, they said they would not want to travel with this company again.

One additional piece of feedback is regarding the Jimbaran Beach dinner. We would not recommend it. The setting and ambience were beautiful, but the dining experience was disappointing. There was almost an hour’s gap between the starters and the main course. By the time the rotis arrived, they had gone cold and were very hard to chew. The food itself was average, but the service and timing significantly affected the experience.

Overall, while we are a little disappointed with certain aspects of the trip, we understand that nothing can be changed now.
