They uploaded a video advertising a certain price. The same day I messaged them and they stated it’s an old video. Pathetic and incompetent. FAKE ADVERTISING

Awful customer service..they was paid for my item a week ago. Now no answer on text. No call back. No nothing. Call the store always a voice mail no call back. Awfull business..contacting small claims for a damn chain.

Bad customer care service. I didn’t even get a call back to discuss the matter of where it was getting shipped to and they automatically sent it to a address I’m not gonna be at. Instead of reaching out to me to see if I wanna cancel order they just automatically send it out and charge me bad customer care service

Fake prices and the guy on web chat wants to over charge you and says he giving you a deal what a joke

I wouldn't shop anywhere else I ordered my first gold chain here which unfortunately broke but I contacted a jeweler at the store named Yashu and with his help he shipped me out a free replacement chain which I highly appreciated and couldn't thank them enough

I'm not happy with there service and this is my 2nd time ordering from them. Always told a time frame when you first order and pay. Then afterwards it's a different time frame to get your order. I was told, Jeneba going to find out for me and 3 days later, I'm still waiting for an answer. Jeneba send me a video of a necklace but no information, like what does that mean. And I called her personal phone and no answer or call back. Will never do business with them AGAIN. I was also told by Jeneba there close on the weekend,, but there open on Sat til 5pm. I cannot imagine the superior quality and very reasonable price and value. I'm a repeat customer for the 6 time. Top notch jewelry to say the least. I will continue to buy here again. I would recommend TraxNY to everyone I know and even the ones I don't. Can't thank you enough.

Second time I have bought from traxnyc and this time I had some help from my main man “Sammy O”. He was extremely helpful and helped me out a lot, gave me a great price and was in constant contact with me whenever I needed him or help. He is now my personal jeweller and I look forward to doing more business with him and traxnyc again

As a customer from the U.K. I had a custom piece completed within a week of starting it and delivered within a fortnight. Jeni was very helpful and always responded quick assisting me with updates. My piece was high quality and exactly how I intended it. The only problem I had was the high Import tax, but I suppose there was always going to be something trying to ruin the party. Ten ten service will definitely be using traxnyc again!

Terrible customer service and it is extremely hard to get hold of these guys after making a purchase... but they are very happy and willing to help with any order.

Classic scam artist smoke and mirror nonsense just to get hands on your money. "We are the good guys, omg we are not like all the rest" <--- all lies. I would rate this 0.5/5 since the actual pieces are mediocre but have been forced to give 1 star.

I didnt receive the pendant i paid for!

When my cross pendant arrived, I noticed that it had small holes witch was not shown in the pictures. Also the thing where the chain is supposed to be was not the same as on the pictures on their website. It was not the same, and was on the back of the pendant instead of on the top!

I sent them a mail on May 20th 2020 that they havent responded to yet...
I had many more problems than that!!

I searched for quite some time for a nice Yellow Gold Franco Chain online and determined Trax NYC to have the greatest value on my investment in gold, due to the brilliance and outstanding quality of my chain, not to mention the outstanding customer service i recieved from Mr. Giorgi Tabagari. I recommend giving the team over at Trax NYC a visit when shopping for any luxurious Gold, Diamond, and Silver quality pieces. Thank you very much and God Bless.

I ordered a Prince theme necklace for my GF, my budget is 3000 but was quoted 3200 by Pual Mazza. I found a lower price elsewhere but the item was already produced. I had called to cancel, was told no refunds, only store credits. At time of order, their refund policy was not disclosed. They claim copy rights to the item so as to dissuade me from going elsewhere, which I already have. This policy was also not disclosed. My word of advice is to shop around before buying, especially a custom order. They will deny a refund and claim copy rights to the item. In this case, its a Prince item and no way they can claim a copyright to it. They are ridiculous.
