Trio Media Reviews

Trio are truly a lovely team to work with. They are quick to respond, full of ideas and professional whilst being fun and friendly. Their work is straight to the point and accurate whilst being outside the box and sets you apart from the market.

We absolutely loved the service provided by Trio Media! They went above & beyond to help create our new website. Our main point of contact was Catherine, she was amazing! The website has turned out much better than we imagined. Thanks guys for such an easy process & great website!

Great working with the team, they did everything I asked and made some suggestions which showed their years of experience. Glad I visited their office in person and got to know everyone, got a feel of the place and how friendly and welcoming they are; I pretty much decided right then to use their services. They are competitively priced and accommodating with their time, especially as I'm often out of the country in another time zone. They made big improvements to my website and impressed me enough to continue using them for my digital marketing requirements. No complaints, all good and highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend trio media enough. We moved over to them after having problems with another company, Claire and the team are welcoming and take time to understand your business and vision. We have recently worked with Catherine and Ellie who have both been fantastic to work with and understanding our future projects. Their plans are affordable for small local businesses and can personalise to your business. I look forward to working with Claire and the team more over the next 12 months

Trio have been a treat to work with, not only are the team very talented but they're also all lovely people.

The team have been really efficient and agile which has made working with the smooth sailing, would recommend :)

These guys were absolutely awesome. Having taken over an F&B business which had no real website to speak of, I reached out to Trio to see what they could do. They looked at the business and understood what we were trying to achieve, they produced a great plan of what needed doing, within a price that I felt was good value for money. Six weeks later we had a first class website built, which has drawn significant positive comment, and increased our bookings and traffic by scales of magnitude we hadn't dare hope for. Jamie-Lee, Catherine and the team have all been absolutely first class, delivered exactly as they promised they would, and in the most professional of manners. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trio Media to any level of organisation looking to get more from the online space.

Fantastic company to deal with Catherine and Jamie-lee were excellent very prompt! I have had a few websites done this has been the best company to deal with very Quick!

From start to finish there was not only a professionalism throughout the process but a “ Can do “ approach, ensuring that we not only ended up with a website that could facilitate our immediate needs, but that could also grow with our future strategies and keep us at the forefront of our market place.

The whole team were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continued success following our recent launch.

We would highly recommend Trio media

Working with the Trio Media team has been a fantastic experience and they've done an amazing job of managing our website, SEO and social media pages. The team are a delight to work with and nothing is too much for them. I look forward to continuing to work with them and I would recommend Trio to anyone!

It has been a pleasure working with Trio Media on our new website project. The team were helpful and professional throughout the process and it resulted in a fantastic new website that truly reflected our brand.

As a busy marketer it could have been handy to have a weekly update on the status of the development as I had to request updates. In hindsight I should have discussed this at the beginning of the project.
However, this doesn't take away from the great service and fantastic website!

What could have been a lengthy and difficult process was made easy. Communication was very good throughout the process. Always a can do attitude when we asked for changes to be made. Helped us hit the deadline we wanted by having regular catch ups and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

The team at Trio Media have been amazing. They have helped create the website we envisioned, incorporating everything we wanted from the tiny details to the bigger aspects of the design. They have always been available and responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely use them for any future work and would highly recommend.

As a top executive responsible for implementing BTs first national computer system in the 1980s, I have to admit I approached Trio-Media with some trepidation. How that was soon put to rest. I have never in my life come across a team so experienced, so dedicated and most important of all, so professional. They went through every stage of build with me, to redesign my existing website, which followed by a visit to my home workshop to video my work and myself. Jessica performed the video work with such assurance and panache. Back at the office the website build was performed by Colleen, who kept me in contact with development throughout. Beth was clearly doing research of my other social media needs during this time. The website was launched two days ago and I was speechless at the quality it showed on every page. They had also corrected some technical problems on my Instagram and YouTube accounts too.

I can highly recommend Trio-Media and I look forward to working with them for my future ongoing support.

I got in touch with the team at Trio media after a really rough time with a previous agency. Due to this, I was a little nervous trusting another company, but Lucy and Colleen put my mind at rest straight away. They couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding, as were the rest of the team. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Trio, and their ads knowledge and creative ideas are second to none. I would definitely recommend to any small business looking to scale their brand and grow their online sales.

Trio have been amazing from the word GO!
We reached out to several marketing agencies initially and we are extremely happy with our choice to use Trio. They have been hard-working, proactive and innovative during our first 4 months of partnership. They have drastically improved our SEO and overall site performance as well as providing us with constant support and guidance to push our brand out to as many people as possible. I highly recommend working with them!

I now love our website!

Our website used to embarrass me. When I spoke to customers, I would make this spiel about how we were changing it and it no longer really represented who we are.

It feels SO GOOD for that no longer to be the case. And even after one week since going live, I can tell the difference when speaking with customers and its also helped with our recruitment process.

We are now a force to be reckoned with, and that's thanks to Colleen and her team.

A fantastic experience working with the team at Trio. From beginning to end they were all utterly professional, and made the whole process as smooth as possible.

Any queries, issues or feedback we had was addressed almost immediately, and they were very patient throughout the whole project.

Would recommend without hesitation

We've just started working with Trio on our social and SEO; they're brilliant! Lots of great advice, ideas, and guidance - looking forward to bringing their thoughts into our plans. Real, tangible ways to improve our rankings and all the positives that brings. Great to have a fresh set of critical eyes to give a professional overhaul to what we're doing!

It was great working with Catherine and her team. They were quick with communication and delivered exactly what we needed. We'll be happy to work with them in future.
