Trio Media Reviews

I am so impressed by trio! The service, the design, the quality are unbelievable! I’m so pleased with my new brochures and business cards! Can’t wait to see the website now!

Trio media created our website a couple of year ago and have looked after it since. We have asked them to make changes on a couple of occasions and they have made them within a matter of hours. all in all we have found Trio Media to be very professional in their approach.

Nice quick response to modifications to our website from the team

So pleased that we use Trio Media the service is excellent and our work has increased. So thank you guys so much appreciated.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service from Trio Media.
They are excellent at what they do. They have surpassed my expectations, I love the design and feel and they really went above and beyond.
They are also a pleasure to deal with.

I have recently worked on a project with Claire at Trio Media and was very impressed with how she managed the project and the final product was absolutely brilliant.

Trio built our new website and did a fantastic job! The brief, to build a website based on lead conversion, to ensure when visitors landed on our page, they converted and happy to say we’ve seen a massive increase in our conversion rate. This coupled with the online activity they’ve implemented on Facebook for us, again a success as we’ve seen a massive jump in the number of leads we are receiving. A win-win situation for us!

Part of the project encompassed freshening up our brand, our previous graphics were looking tired so we asked Trio to produce imagery which captured our business today, considering our product set, core values and the growth journey we’ve been on. We’re delighted with our new graphics, we’ve re-purposed them on print and social pieces as well as using them online.

Not only have they produced great work, but they are great to work with too, we always receive exceptional customer service, especially from Claire! As a fast growth business, we’re always developing our service offering and Trio complete all our requests promptly and precisely.

If you’re thinking of freshening up your website or are looking to make a change to your current marketing plan, you’re in safe hands. Highly recommended!

Incredible service from Claire! She provides support and feedback quickly when needed and has implemented some really successful marketing campaigns for us!

Trio Media developed our website, business cards and support us with ongoing maintenance. They offer a very professional service but with a personal touch. Claire and Catherine have been very helpful and patient, offering advice and helping us to get ‘the little things’ right. Their communication has been clear, effective and timely. They have shown a genuine interest and understanding in our work and the services we provide making our site simple and practical but most importantly meaningful and reflective of our values and ethos.

We work closely with Trio and Claire to support some of our local digital projects. There account management is amazing and results they deliver are fantastic. We would highly recommend any business to work with them for their digital marketing needs

Trio Media have undertaken all our marketing including our initial website design. They have been exceptional - fantastic vision, great communication and really efficient, which has allowed us to concentrate on other elements of our business.

5 star service. We would definitely recommend.

From the initial consultation to coming on board with us to provide SEO and PPC support for our marketing department, Trio has been understanding, professional, courteous and realistic with expectations.

Having experienced working with a few agencies in the past, convincing us the way forward is with Trio was no easy task but Claire and Cat were patient and explained everything thoroughly; since coming on board they have always been on hand to assist with any questions and provide recommendations. The short time we have been working together, we have already seen an increase in traffic to both these tactics so cannot recommend them enough!

We at Aquaheat Plumbing use Trio for all our media/marketing. We’ve used many different companies in the past and have always been promised high rankings and wider reach across google and expectations have always been dampened, but not with Trio!! They have done everything they said they would, improved our visibility on google, higher rankings on google, re-designed our website to be more user friendly, they look after our social media pages and have really made an impact on generating new customer leads! I could not recommend them enough, both Catherine and Claire are exceptional at what they do and are always happy to help! I look forward to working with them for many years!

Excellent service and knowledge from the girls at Trio always on the ball and the website they have done for us looks amazing.
Highly recommend give them a call before anyone else you.

Such an awesome professional and honest service from the second I had answers immediately on a Sunday afternoon! Had a great face to face session with the team and I know that all my marketing is in the best hands. Even more excited for my future now, thanks guys!!! X

Love these Ladies, everything is explained to me (which ain’t easy as I’m a dinosaur, when it comes to SEO) They have produced our new website which is working great, nothing is too much trouble, and the phone keeps ringing, Happy Days!!

The team at Trio have been great in helping me get my business found online. They clearly know what works on Google and on social media and have helped me to build my business through the enquiries I’ve received. Thanks Trio, highly recommend.

Fantastic company for any website and SEO, friendly and very professional

Trio Media set up my new website over a year ago. Excellent service from all the team.
Would definitely recommend.

Trio Media set up my website last year and since then we have kept in touch as the need for minor adjustments and changes developed.

I have just completed a major piece of work and so wanted to add new content including some video to the site. Claire Daniels was a pleasure to work with, quickly understanding the pages, links and content changes. She had a genuine interest in the business and how it was being marketed as well as making an introduction from her network! Many thanks.
