This people are Scammers, They don't do what they Promised, l paid Money upfront to be helped to find a Accommodation, For 2 Months after paying l don't hear anything from them. They don't bother to contact me or let me know anything. Then l contacted them , Still , If l don't contact them they don't bother to contact me and let me know anything.

I now want my money back ! It's been four Months , still haven't found nothing for me , l got WhatsApp message the other day, saying they found something . Since then l never hear anything from them again. Just Scammers nothing else.

I hope one day they will be sued and that so called corrupt business Collapse, so no one will have to deal with their stress.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid £340 upfront for their property search service after being assured they would actively help me find suitable accommodation and arrange viewings. Since making the payment, I have received virtually no service.

Despite numerous follow-ups via WhatsApp and now email, communication has been extremely poor. Promises have been made, but there has been no meaningful progress, and I feel completely ignored once the payment was received.

As a customer, I expected professionalism, regular updates, and the service I paid for. Instead, I have been left chasing for responses with little to no communication.

I sincerely hope someone from AP Real Estate / Truehold responds to this review and resolves my case. I would much rather have this matter settled than have to take it further.

I will happily update this review if the company contacts me and resolves the issue. At present, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

As expected, Truehold's "offer" was grossly mis-represented - way below like-market home sale price, and way above like-market home rent. When attempting to negotiate, presenting them with reasonable and fact-backed numbers, they went quiet. When asked about details of the lease - which I had already presented terms I needed to see in the lease - they went quiet. It wasn't until I copied a supervisor in my email that I finally got a response. "Our offer is firm." So, keep in mind, their offer will ALWAYS be way below average lows, and they will not reveal lease terms until you agree to accept their offer. They don't care. Greed is their bottom line.

The company does not buy your home for market value I believe it is a scam instead they deduct various excessive fees based on my conversation with one of the loan reps they are also a brand new company which means they can go away tomorrow and kick me out as a tenant. This is stupid im not going to cash out at 50 cents to the dollar on the price of my home give it to them and then let them take the rest of my money through rent id be better of talking to an investment advisor and considering an annuity or a reverse mortgage at least this way i still own the home and the equity that will grow as i live in it. THIS SEEMS LIEK A FLY BY NIGHT SCAM designed to attack the low to middle class just like the predatory lending days! SHAME ON YOU im not interested in financing anymore i talked to a smart attorney.

They gave me an offer and kept blocking the signing then closed any chance I had to sell the house very rude a man named Zach I would not recommend them at all there portal is all screwed up

Constant bombardment of mail, texts, calls, and everything short of carrier pigeons to try and sucker you into massively undervaluing your home so they can rip you off. A predatory evil company attempting to prey on the elderly and those grieving who recently inherited property. It is unfortunately impossible to ignore them, they harrass you endlessly without your consent by getting your information any way they can, forcing you to opt out of something you never opted into to begin with. Anyone involved with this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute junk mail and you have to unenroll yourself from their junk mail list.

Trash Business that wants to buy your house simply to rent it to you. Get bent. The fact that they were able to swindle people into paying more in rent for their house as opposed to simply paying the loan tells you two things. Businesses can be shady and people can be ignorant to what they are getting into.

Yes, it is one cog in the "you won't own anything" agenda. We have to fight back against this at every turn. In our area, some new construction, one area with townhomes, one area with single-family homes. You cannot BUY any of these homes. Only rent/lease. The push for "own nothing" is on, my friends.

Truehold entered a purchase agreement, did the inspection (spotless), had the title insurance commitment with Endpoint, and provided tenant approval (also not an issue), only to unilaterally pull out 10 days after agreement was executed and 2 weeks before closing. Apparently they decided they weren’t getting as good a deal for their “investor” due to supposedly switching the tax bracket from owner occupied to investment property. What kind of bogus underwriting isn’t aware of the property tax rate change? Completely unprofessional to renege on a deal after wasting 2 weeks of my time.
