T S Gas Reviews

Had my boiler service with Raheem. Who was punctual, efficient and polite. Unfortunately it would appear my housing authority has replaced TSG. With Sureserve. So good help us if their reviews are anything to go by

Tom has been servicing my gas fire for a number of years following installation.
My experience is that he is reliable knowledgeable helpful and a nice guy.
Would definitely recommend!!

TS Gas are easy to deal with, professional and offer a complete service. I am very happy with the work they have done and the team involved.

Tom, the TSGas engineer, came when he said he would, and repaired my gas fire which required replacing the "Mertik" receiver. He had the part in his truck – extra credit for that! All done and dusted in an hour, first class work.

I would recommend the work carried out by TS Gas From accepting my initial enquiry through to payment, good service, lovely people and communicated well at all stages. Fixed my non-flushing toilet quickly and left the room spotless after completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Second opinion saved over £1000

A repair from another company exposed or caused a slow drip from our overflow pipe. Quoted a lot of money from the original company for replacing a lot of the system. Decided to call TS Gas for a second opinion.

Tom came to triage, was very knowledgeable, and had different solutution for a fix that smaller, quicker and cheaper. The work was booked in for a few days later and completed in a couple of hours by two different engineers, who were equally professional. No leak since.

Very happy with the service and will be using TS Gas again.

Very pleased with recent works carried out by TS Gas Ltd. From enquiry through to payment, the team were courteous, punctual, efficient, communicated well at all stages and left a spotless environment upon completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

The refit of my bathroom was very professional. All items were perfectly specified and the installation cannot be faulted. The workman was extremely polite, helpful and hard working.

Prompt arrival, courteous and good quality work to fix broken hinges on my boiler. Smooth invoice and payment process.

Very happy with the Annual Boiler Service.
Very efficiently performed and fairly priced.
The door of my boiler had some issue and Tom helped in organising a replacement and replaced as part of the Service.

Thank you Tom and Team. Wishing you lots of success…!!

Tom does not pay his sub contractors on time. He ignores you and thinks he can get away with paying

Tom and his team are always reliable and professional .

Excellent service from Tom at T.S Gas

Arrived as expected very efficient clean and tidy service of boiler and gas fire.
Very knowledgable about problems especially in relation to smart thermostats etc.
Highly recommended

My gas coal effect fire stopped working. I originally asked Tom to fix it. It was over 30 years old and they don’t make that sort any more. Rather than buying a complete new fire he was able to get me an insert fire with new coals and all is great. The young man who fitted it was very helpful and very tidy. He also fitted a cowling cover on my chimney pot on the roof.
Can’t recommend this company highly enough

Prompt, efficient and friendly.

I recently used TS Gas for a repair to my Mum's fire.
Tom was an exemplary professional who went out of his way to accomodate my Mum forgetting the initial appointment. I was kept well advised throughout the process and the repair was completed very swiftly once the required parts arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone reading this review .

I recently had the pleasure of using TSGas's fireplace service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the Engineer (Tom) was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Tom thoroughly inspected, repaired and cleaned our fireplace, ensuring it was safe and efficient for the colder months ahead. Tom was friendly, answered all my questions, and even gave us helpful tips for maintaining the fireplace. The quality of his work was outstanding, and the difference in performance is remarkable. I highly recommend TSGas to anyone looking for reliable and expert fireplace services.

Excellent service right from the start. I left a message one evening and received a call back first thing the following morning. Efficient booking and able to provide a timely appointment. Engineer arrived on time. Cannot recommend more highly!

These guys are professional - they know their stuff! They are courteous, polite and clean up as they go. You won't go wrong with this company.

T S Gas was recommended to me and has proved
five star. From the estimate to the successful completion of an unstraitghtforward job, I have been
completely satisfied by all that has been accomplished: reliability, quality of work, attention to
detail and straightforward to deal with.
I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.
