ABYSMAL SERVICE FROM AND ABYSMAL COMPANY.
everytime something has gone wrong with my boiler they send either one of these 2 dudes who seem clueless and think they know-it-all all. They try diagnose the problem without even touching anything and 99% of the time they are wrong or they cannot fix the actual issue. I have now had nearly 1 week of no hot water or heating and they still cannot give me a time frame of when the boiler will be fixed.
I don't know why in hell large housing companies use these cowboy gas companies and their sole contractors..I can't think of any other reason other than they must be the cheapest going but these housing association don't know they are alienating their tenants by using these terrible companies..
TSG Gas services has to be hands down one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with with people working for them with no compassion for disabled people that need hot water and hearing as an essential service.
Gas engineer failed to turn up
Gas engineer failed to turn up for appointment. The company is contracted by housing association to carry out repairs/checks, and this is at least the 7th time in the last 5 years that they have failed to arrive for appointments. Spent 40 minutes on hold before speaking to an adviser who did not even have the manners to offer an apology. I have lost a day's pay from work for nothing, and will have to lose another when I have to wait in for the rescheduled appointment. Absolutely disgraceful business practice.

This is the worst company I have ever come across they are absolutely useless. I havn't had hot water or heating for days due to my boiler leaking. Tsg never turn up when they say they will and they don't even phone to book a new appointment or apologise.

I had an appointment for the 22 October and was misdiagnosed so wrong part was ordered.
Further appointments on 16 nov. Part wasn’t in.
22 nov they had no staff
26 nov didn’t turn up
3 dec didn’t turn up
8 dec wrong part
And now the people who make the boiler are coming out. Hopefully they should know what they are doing.

Absolutely disgusting service . Been 5 weeks with no heating or hot water . Have a son with mental health that being in the cold and not being able to bath has had a bad effect on him . No heating or hot water for nearly 3 weeks.
Calling twice a day they keep saying will call back get no call back.
3 engineers been round previously and can’t fix it. They ordering wrong parts for the wrong boiler. Ordered radiators but the engineer turned up without them. Just been left with nothing.
My landlord Peabody also can’t get any answer from them.
We don’t seem to be a priority. It’s very cold.

Diabolical service standard for a company that turnsover 42 million. Call center staff always passing buck. No-one willing to take responsibility Confirmed all day 8am-5pm appointments continuously missed. No apologies. Left to call again and again for a straightforward radiator TRV replacement. In the last 8 days, I've lost out on 1 working day and over 3 hours logged in wasted calls. Seriously mystified how Peabody awards such contracts to the likes of TSG Building services

Absolutely poor service my olderly father had a new boiler fitted, worked for a couple of hours, called this company and they said they will send someone out the next day, he never turned up due to his wife's car had broken down and will come the next day, surprise surprise no show no call nothing its now been 8 days with no hot water or heating, called today again, they said they will send someone out tomorrow as the guy is off sick, stay away from this company if possible.
Lacking integrity, failing health and safety
Lied twice about attending when they didn't. No phone call , no card left, no evidence of photo on my door to say they attended. I was home ALL time as off sick for weeks. Asthmatic and diabetic , no hot water or heating for 3 days now. Latest excuse is fuel issues. I would give no stars if I could. The company are complete and utter rubbish. The staff lack people skills and are rude. We have been without hot water and gas for 6 days because of this companies incompetence and we are still no closer to having this issue resolved. The contractor they sent was wearing a British Gas jacket and did not even have a torch with him!

The most dishonourable dishonest misleading bunch of Liars I have ever had the misfortune of having to use... How they are allowed to work for a company like BPHA Bedford Housing Association and get away with what they do I will never know... They have lied and 3 engineers said that there was not a leak on my property when they're clearly was which ruined bedding, shoes and my wooden flooring... they have now said it is not their fault and I have to pay for the flooring to be replaced myself... They know I am single, disabled woman...I have two terminal illnesses along with so many other health problems, including mental health problems and yet they have still done this to me... They are an absolute shower of disgraceful, dishonourable liars who have made me ill
Frustrated local authority tenant
I'm a local authority tenant, who uses TSG for heating repairs & maintenance.
The company appears to be a bunch of cowboys. I made a specific request, that the engineer phones me, because I don't have a door bell. He didn't, said he left a card telling me he called. No such card was left, I didn't hear the letterbox close. It has a very strong spring.
I don't believe the engineer called. No manager will respond re what happened.
The company say my request is optional for their engineers, but if the tenant doesn't know the engineer is there how are they supposed to let them in?

Apart from no one letting you know with the basic telephone call- How is Peabody Housing Association giving this company a contract for residents.
I'm beyond pixxed off with this now, I'm having to boil water in pots and pans in the midst of a pandemic I mean seriously.....
This is just too much and so stressful

Earlier this week, my elderly mother had an issue with her boiler, two call outs and she was left a small electric heater and no hot water! Numerous calls to her housing association and TSG, finally an engineer called at 8.30 pm on Friday. Sean Leivers was brilliant, got her boiler up and running, checked that the heating and water was working! Brilliant and friendly visit! Found out that it needs a new part and came back first thing this morning and fitted the new part! This guy is a star well do Sean and thank you! A credit to the company.....,,
This Company is totally rubbish
This Company is totally rubbish. I reported a leaking boiler and intermittent loss of heating and hot water over 2 months ago which I was continually chasing, I was watching YouTube videos during that time of the freezing weather we had in desperation to get the hot water and heating going again, all the while being variously told by them that the work had been done, the part (a diverter valve} had been ordered on three separate occasions and then they totally "lost" all the paperwork and I was back to square one, I have only just today finally had a botched repair carried out which resulted in another emergency call out less than an hour later.
