The PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT ALL ARE.........

The people who are scamming you guys are Kyle and Sarah Snyder from Dale Cushing Ok Kyle used to work at mears broadband and quit over a year ago but he does the infrastructure for all the fiber lines for all of the phones, internet, cable pretty much anything fiber. His wife Sarah is a notary and she designs websites and they both have IT backgrounds and they have stolen my identity and impersonated me, taken over all of my social media accounts bank accounts, phone numbers and accounts, over 500 in fact and over 500 emails addresses and apple ids, stolen all my money, hacked into over 25 total devices in a year and a half...and parental controlled everything. They hacked, tracked, blocked and stalk me though my maps, emails, spoofed my numbers intercepted all of my texts, calls,emails,internet,wifi, Bluetooth, apple music apps, firmware and software,and I sent the proof to apple and that's the reasoning for the lastvbreach they came out with bc I proved they had a breach. They even use devices they illegally obtained under my bfs and my own name on our accounts without our knowledge or consent, hacked into our security cameras through our emails, hacked my job at acehardwarein 2023 you can look it up and I'm sure you all remember the workday app issues with logging in ....yup you guessed right them ...I used that to clock in and out at ace harware when I worked there it was the one in Arkansas City, KS, check it out all in 2023 both ace, workday, even the city in ark city, we had turned in several different devices to ark city pd and they were sent to whichta, ks. I've been trying to reach out for over a year trying to get any repo to or answers on my devices or if I can get them back they read the messages on messenger no response and I gave up for a while but recently Ive tried again the day after I attempted to the very next day it came across the news whichta was ransomware attack too.I have been completely humiliated, disregarded, disrespected, belittled, labeled mentally unstable and denied along side my children our constitutional rights to be protected and more just trying to prove this but they even followed me with drones.Kyle is my ex husband and he abused our daughter and I was given custody and ever since I've been getting retaliated against well before that apparently it goes way back I'm finding out now but since given custody it's went way beyond psychotic and the stalking has become their obsession....he suffers from malicious parent syndrome in my opinion, we've had a huge custody battle since 2011 and still currently loo him up on odcr, the judge too is involved acting as the active judge, and the active lawyer for Kyle, Kyle's best friend..Richard mantooth used to work at a police dept in Tecumseh, Ok and left idk why but worked for the pott co, Ok tribals and was let go and arrested for human trafficking and even though the news clips stated that DHS said it was one of the worst cases they had ever seen and had evidence backing all the way to 2016 rick walked......how?? Kyles uncle is a vet @a clinic in Shawnee, Ok his name is Michael steward sexually harassed his female employees one even being underage the age in fact that my daughter was when I was given custody... the age of 12 yet still mike walked......why?? Rick is apparently friends with the investigators from the first initial place we started the reporting and that too seems fishy bc one investigator claimed we only gave them one but we gave them 2 flashdrives full of my evidence they claimed I picked them up but we have to sign them in and out and the lobby is recorded 24/7 and I never did and he claimed there was no evidence only adult natured stuff they shouldn't be seeing ...1how tf did my evidence on the flash drives disapear and 2 how did adult natured pics of myself end up on the flash drives?? Then they lied and proceeded to claim that I had picked them up?? Um 1 no I never did I was embarrassed and humiliated over the adult natured comments and confused as to how so I sent my bf to pick them up and we kept getting the run around every time he went up there or we called, eventually the contact completely came to a stop and that tells me that they either lost, or stole my flash drives.....and I never got reports on them and 2 I turned in several phones to another investigator at which I too never got reports on even after being told by that investigator that the phones had been embedded with some forensics software that tracks, locates, and records everythrough the screen, cameras and speakers 24/7 even if its off supposedly but he again too would not give me my reports yet again causing three diff denials of my protective orders. I linked them to the carriers, apple, Hillcrest,integris and a sheriff and his entire dept in Durant ok it's on fb in October...there is an ACTIVE FBI INVESTIGATION IN DURANT!!

TUCOWS - totally useless service!

Totally useless service. For some reason when we set up our new websites the existing domain host transferred it to TUCOWS as the new registrar.
One month later we are still waiting for the transfer to take place!
We have tried to reach TUCOWS but without any success.
TUCOWS response has been TOTALLY non existent and we can not understand their existence as a registrar.
Totally useless service.

business is in allowing fraud and trojan malware to exist on their ipaddresses. Check it out for your self. Run your own ip malware on any of the ip addresses hosted on this internet network hosted by by this businesses. Surley you will easily find tons of shady internet traffic all related to cyber espinage. Any website that runs in depth ip malware analysis will have a deligent report that points to this business being involed in what is known today as "terrorism". In some traffic incidences it is a possibility, that some of the fraudulent crimes in connection to this busineses hosted domains, routing from adult gaming casinos in northern California, near the oregon border.

Zero customer service from Nick W in the compliance department. This company has zero concern for the small business owner. Email answers are 1 sentence, no detail and usually irrelevant. It’s not possible to reach them by phone, not the proper department anyway. Their phone directory goes by last name. Nick signs his email with Nick W. He refused to call me or give me an extension or even which number to press to get to his department. They are unconcerned with compliance. Unconcerned with a small business owner’s problems.

I have been a developer for 12 years and never experienced anything like this! shocking. I didnt know my siteground used tucows or i would never have signed with them.

Just avoid these people at all costs!

Actively allow fraud on domains they are the controller for. When they are alerted, they will not do anything about it. It may even be them committing the fraud, who knows as they don’t respond. Disgusting company.

As employees of a cybercrime agency dedicated to combatting illegal activities, we have submitted reports to several hosting providers in order to prompt them to take appropriate measures against fraud and phishing. Typically, reputable companies respond within 48 hours. However, it appears that this particular company may either lack transparency and have a questionable stance towards scams or be dealing with a high volume of requests. We kindly request that you take the necessary actions to address the phishing incidents we have reported within one week. Failure to do so will compel us to escalate the matter by forwarding a comprehensive report to ICANN and the relevant government authorities

This company does nothing about phishing and scam websites that use domains registered with them.
I've reported various sites and they just reply with a generic response about how it's not their problem as they are just the registra.

I have worked lots of domain name registrars until today. But Tucows/OpenSRS is the worst one. Don't recommend.

What is negatives?

Very High Pricing.
Unexpected Charges.
No any Refunds almost about everything.
They designed the system that when you click on platform it automatically deducts from your balance. No any warning.
So bad customer service.
They charge almost about everything. SSL, WHOIS, LOCK or UNLOCK DOMAIN STATUS (Yes, it is true)
Actually i count more.

Are you breathing on their platform? OPENSRS

Be ready billing for it.

I have been trying since 2020 to get through to tucows to transfer my domain - luckily, we change domains (ecomm site) in 2021 as my old domain has now expired and obviously all redirects are not working. I have tried the provider result url so please don't bother with that and I have written forms

Cheap but not that great.

Very disappointed. The price may appear cheap, but the documentation is abysmal. I could not even find how to login to webmail without reaching out to support. The support person wasn't too bad, but there is so much basic documentation missing. It's only $0.50 per inbox, so I guess you get what you pay for. UI/UX of webmail looks like it was made in 2005.

I have not been able to contact TUCOWS by email or by phone... ever. I can reach nobody to solve my problem. My company's emails are not working for 3 weeks now

TUCOWS are a terrible company.

You will not be able to contact them even by email and they don't answer the phone... ever.

You won't receive a renewal fee reminder and your problems are just beginning when you find your domain has been suspended.

Be prepared to lose your domain.

Like I said, a terrible company.

I tried to register a domain on GoDaddy…

I tried to register a domain on GoDaddy (domain available), needed to close the window. Tried to register again 10 minutes later and the domain was swiped by Tucows. Tried to contact Tucows multiple times but cannot get a hold of them. Sketchy company. Apparently they do this to resell the domains at a higher price. As others have said - these are crooks.

FURTHER UPDATE IN REPLY TO TUCOWS LATEST REPLY (received 14-6-23)
Back down to 2-stars again, as the reply seems to indicate that someone was box-ticking, rather than actually reading and understanding what I've previously written: "I tried once more to reach you through the so-far unusable ComplianceForm, and this time it worked (no reply to it is now needed as I have successfuly transferred my domain to GoDaddy, having found a copy of the Auth. Code in an old email.)". Duh!

UPDATE IN REPLY TO TUCOWS: Thank you for responding to my complaint - I therefore first upgraded my response to 2-Stars.

However, if you re-read my complaint you'll see that your reply advises me to do what I've already indicated is the source of the problem! Therefore I was going to take back the 2nd star and revert to one star.

But to be fair, I tried once more to reach you through the so-far unusable ComplianceForm, and this time it worked (no reply to it is now needed as I have successfuly transferred my domain to GoDaddy, having found a copy of the Auth. Code in an old email.)

So you can keep the 2nd star and get a 3rd as a bonus.

ORIGINAL: Does Tucows have a temporary fault with it's ComplianceForm webpage submit-button or is it permanently (deliberately?) unreachable?

All routes to enquire about renewing my domain name (alone - no hosting) direct me back to a Compliance Form webpage for which the Submit button expires even after a correctly verified "reCaptcha". Their telephone support number also directs me to the same page. Most unhelpfully (and profitably) no human contact available.

I'm just trying to renew my domain name, bought via Tucows many years ago, after deciding not to renew the latterly-linked Web.com hosting, as I don't need my existing webpage any more but want to retain my domain name.

Web.com chat line says they can't renew the domain alone and I have to go back to Tucows; and Tucows webpage (and telephone) direct me back to Web.com. Aaaaaaarrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!

It appears to be an unbreakable circle - unless it's just a temporary fault with their ComplianceForm Submit button (which I doubt).
