Sometimes I have had little problems in far away places and have always been amazed at how quickly and efficiently the problem is sorted for me. Usually it’s me being incompetent but they are patient, courteous and kind. Attributes that are difficult to find these days.

I have been using this service for years and it never fails me! It’s super easy to use but when I had a slight issue logging in once I emailed through and Michael sorted it so quickly. The customer service is super efficient.

I have used this VPN for a long while now and find it very reliable. I would like it to remain on my iPads and iPhone without me having to add it when I need it but on the whole I am very happy with it and the help I get if I need it.

I have been using TV on Holiday for over 5 years. We travel a lot and spend 8 weeks each year in Cyprus at cyprusharbourview villa so it is great to be able to watch home home TV and use our Sky account. The annual contract works out really good value for us.

I can't travel without it, it is an excellent, reliable service

There have been occasional issues (usually outside of the teams control) but they have always worked quickly and effectively to resolve them with minimal disruption to service.

I have used TV on Holiday in Thailand for about one year. The service provided is second to none and a very quick response comes back in the event of any queries. I have found that generally reception is good but there have been occasions (possibly due to unsteady wifi connection) where buffering occurs, but Michael is always on hand to give advice

TV on Holiday it does what it says on the tin, Including lockdown in India for almost 6 months this has been a superb service. We have had a couple of small hiccups and Michael has sorted this almost immediately. Really pleased we are getting what we paid for. Highly recommended, thank you

I signed up to TV on Holiday when I moved from the UK to Canada. It was easy to set up and I have been able to access everything that I want to watch. Right from the beginning I found the customer service to be excellent. Michael is professional and responds to messages very quickly. At one point I lost my password and he replied right away with the information that I needed. I would definitely recommend TV on Holiday!

Excellent VPN but what’s even more important is the customer service that goes with it. Only had an issue twice (both my fault) and both were resolved within hours.
