Once you get listed, it just works. However, recent changes to the app mean there are some glitches which make listing hard, and the fees and price caps mean you won't get back all of your ticket and booking fee money when you sell. It is however, a reliable source for tickets and a the best of all the reselling apps out there.

I like this system. Tickets at face value and plenty of checks to ensure tickets are legit. Fair fees and instant downloads in most cases.

Easy to navigate. But did not like that when I sold them under face value my buyer then resold them almost straight after. This should be prevented

Simple efficient and secure process

Was buying quite sought after tickets so it took a wee while for it to go through but once it did, all good.

Absolute Scam.

I sold 3 my chemical romance tickets and when they appeared in my see tickets, transferred them to the email address provided by twickets to the buyer. Took screenshots and the tickets showed transferred.
Heard nothing until 3 days after the event until I got an email saying that my sale was cancelled, the buyer was getting a refund and I was getting an administration fee request because I had cancelled the tickets on the day of the show?
That never happened.
I have taken a screen recording of my app that still shows the tickets being transferred to the provided email address. I had no access to the barcodes bevause on my end it just says sent to buyer and the only way the buyer would not have not received them is if they did not make a seetickets wallet and accept the transfer, which I have no control over.
Twickets did not contact me for any evidence , will not reply to my email with evidence, will not provide me with any evidence the buyer supposedly could have sent and it is very clearly a scam.
I have been left with no tickets , no money from the sale and being told I have to pay a fee, while being able to prove I sent them and the ticket transfer was never cancelled.
Terrible company, zero communication,zero seller protection.

Quick efficient service, easy to use app with a great alert feature.

Really impressed and now I’ve sold on here. I would be happy to buy on Twickets too.

Easy communication

Easy process once registered. Bit of a pain uploading proof of purchase but I can see the reason it’s done. Ticket sold within half a hour of listing, in fact I never saw the listing I just got an email saying it had sold.

The ethos, moral standing, and customer service of Twickets are all immaculate. The only thing I can fault them on is that it can be SO frustrating trying to get through to buy tickets for high-demand events. There was one gig (President in Manchester during April of 2026) where I must have clicked on the app notification the moment it popped up on at least a dozen separate occasions, and every time they’d already sold - I’d like to know what measures Twickets take to combat bots, and what more they could do, if anything, and I’d also like to see the user experience smoothed out a little.

Ticket came through directly via Twickets as soon as I purchased from the seller, they were easy to communicate with and helpful. It worked a treat.
