Easy process once registered. Bit of a pain uploading proof of purchase but I can see the reason it’s done. Ticket sold within half a hour of listing, in fact I never saw the listing I just got an email saying it had sold.

The ethos, moral standing, and customer service of Twickets are all immaculate. The only thing I can fault them on is that it can be SO frustrating trying to get through to buy tickets for high-demand events. There was one gig (President in Manchester during April of 2026) where I must have clicked on the app notification the moment it popped up on at least a dozen separate occasions, and every time they’d already sold - I’d like to know what measures Twickets take to combat bots, and what more they could do, if anything, and I’d also like to see the user experience smoothed out a little.

Ticket came through directly via Twickets as soon as I purchased from the seller, they were easy to communicate with and helpful. It worked a treat.

Being gouged a further 4.6% fee to receive the money by PayPal is bad. You only find this out when it's too late.

It was so easy to buy the tickets and to find them ..really happy we were able to go ..il use the site again .the prices were ticket value just an admin charge ..which was good .

I would love if the venue's seating plan would be displayed (unless I missed it) and I would also love to be able to contact the seller with any questions pre-offer/sale.

Very happy with the purchase process. My seller contacted me via WhatsApp within 10 mins or so, but I already felt reassured knowing that if the ticket was actually no longer available, that I was financially protected via Twickets.

Got last minute tickets for My Chemical Romance at great price. Delivery and communication was great and my daughter was v v happy after a great night out.

Superb! I was sceptical whether my tickets would sell but they went within 24 hours. Great way to sell tickets and the system was very easy to use. Thanks to the person at LW Theatres customer relations who suggested this.

Was looking for some last minute tickets for a sold out show and saw that Twickets had some available. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I wasn't sure that the tickets I purchased will definitely work at the gate. But thankfully they did and I had a great time at the event! Would definitely use Twickets again.
