Last minute purchase to see BTS. Managed to get a face value ticket. Amazing seats. Unforgettable experience. Tickets came through really quickly

I have used Twickets a couple of times this year for last minute tickets. First for The Prodigy which was near impossible to get tickets and then for BST London. Both times the delivery of the tickets was super fast. Very impressed on how they got transferred to AXS.

I will never use Twickets again. It feels very inefficient and unfair and the system is very old fashioned.

I accepted an offer on a ticket on the day of the concert, but then almost immediately i saw that it had already sold elsewhere. Because the system completely locks you out of the transaction once an offer is accepted, I wasn't able to stop the buyer from going ahead with it. So the poor guy paid for the ticket which I didn’t have.

Instead of having a functional system where you can cancel an order or message the person who sent the offer to resolve a mistake, you can’t do anything about it until it’s too late. You can’t call them, I filled out the form on their website which tells you not to open a second ticket, but they give you absolutely zero way to view your existing support requests, and they don't send an automatic email confirmation to prove they received your web form.

Both myself and the buyer were left in total radio silence on the day of the gig, we both tried tweeting them and emailing their support inbox, getting absolutely nothing back. For a platform that charges a massive 15% of the face value fee for "administration," their actual human administration and communication are completely non-existent. The buyer wasn’t able to buy more tickets as he didn’t get any hint about getting a refund.
Just very disappointed and don’t understand why their system sucks so much.

UPDATE: the issue is that I tried to delete the listing before it sold, and your app physically blocked me from removing it because it was "in someone's basket." This was before any payment was even made, forcing a transaction through that I was actively trying to stop, which seems unfair and stupid. I have also submitted another web form today, saw the green 'Ticket Received' box, and still no email confirmation (and I had checked spam on Wednesday too and I have never received any confirmation). Also the buyer reached out again today and he STILL hasn't been contacted or refunded over 48 hours later.

Good service , always reliant on the seller to Transfer due to tickets being released by the original ticket agent , but really good experience .no hassles .

Really easy to use the site. Making an offer to the seller & then purchasing the tickets was really straightforward. Twickets fees are a bit on the high side though.

Safe and easy to use resale site. When trying to purchase high demand tickets, it does feel that perhaps it’s the luck of the draw if you get your alert emails quick enough however I like how reliable a service it is. You know you’re purchasing real tickets at a fair price. I have also used the site to sell tickets and it’s an easy and quick process.

Really simple and easy to use app. Found the event I wanted to attend and set up alerts. When I finally decided to buy, it was very clear what the ticket price was and the fees involved, so no hidden surprises.
After purchase, the event tickets were transferred in about 30 minutes by the seller.
This was my first experience using Twickets and I will not hesitate to use again and again.
