Very good at sending ads and taking money but unable to get customer service much less able to deliver.
No one, no one, no one.
a month that I ordered, noêl screwed up because of incompetent.

Terrible customer service and wrong item sent. Ive emailed around 10 times and called around 5. I was told theyd fix their screw up which was a walkout jersey of the wrong size and fighter. Ive been waiting for any sort of help for around a month now. Unbelievable. Lucky I have to put a start because they dont even deserve that.

Ordered 3 weeks ago has no response to emails, phone goes straight to a voicemail saying there not taking calls!
Had to contact my bank now for a refund!
Awful customer service for such a big company

I have ordered and paid for my order, I’m still awaiting my delivery 3 weeks after the order was placed and paid for. I’ve tried phoning but recorded message saying that no one is working in the office so phones are not being monitored all correspondence has to be via email, I’ve now sent 4 emails but absolutely no response. This is the worse customer service and an absolute joke.
There’s no one to complain to as you have to do that by email but they don’t answer so that’s a waste of time.
Please do not ever order from this site

Worse online shopping ever. They took 1 month to deliver and arrived a XL size when asked for a M of a personalised walkout hoodie of £135. They dont reply emails. Its just awful. Will return this weekend and hope to get what I paid for this year, probably not.

Never had a bad experience with the store, been ordering the last three years and the quality is amazing. Until today. I received a hoodie I ordered and the branded tag AWDis was still on the item, and working with clothing I know the cost of the hoodie brand. I literally could have made and pressed this myself... Even the vinyl ontop was a mess! I thought there was quality products in the UFC??? So disappointed as I always by my Christmas gifts here

I ordered a walk out hoodie I went by the size guide as I have Reebok ones that fit perfectly but as they have changed to venom I wanted to be sure to get the right size!! When it arrived it was too small I contacted ufc store to arrange an exchange to be told I could not exchange it as it was personalised!! Yes it is but with a fighter that you advertise on your website… I could understand if I had my name on it then it would be personalised !! So I am now £135 out of pocket and have a top I can’t wear… also I can’t speak to a human as the phone lines are not working this is not what you expect from a top company like the UFC!!!!!!!

WOW!! I ordered my UFC Merchandise on Monday 6TH September. Today is Tuesday 14TH of September and my Delivery will be here in the next hour. Outstanding customer services from (Amber) From UFC Customer service. Amber responded to my emails within an hour. Tracking has been absolutely amazing. Kept me updated all the time.
When my order arrives I shall leave another review. UFC STORE. You are the best ever. My experience with you has been nothing less than absolutely outstanding. Very very reliable service.
Do not understand why there are bad reviews. I’ve been shopping with UFC for along time. They have been the best Delivery service ever!! Thank you (Amber) and the UFC STORE. Very high standards. We ordered a custom jacket 3 and 1/2 months ago and still have not received it. It wasn't cheap either, your customer service is woeful, you don't answer emails, for a supposedly legitimate company you behave like a pack of crooks. We will never shop with you again.

Ordered 3 shirts on august 12th. Left 3 messages. Been on hold for an hour. No answer. 5 emails. No update. Payment was taken. At this point I want a refund and I’ve contacted my lawyer. I watch UFC every weekend it’s on. They make us pay 70 dollars for fights and when we order something we don’t get it? Dana white, come on. This is bad business. I won’t order here again.

I made a purchase in your store about two months ago and I have not received the products, I received the order confirmation and the payment was made, now I see on the page that my purchase is canceled, I did not receive any email about this , and you have not made me a refund of the money. Also nobody answer the emails. I need a solution!!!

I ordered a t-shirt 3 months ago. It arrived in Memphis with nothing in it. I've sent emails and called. They have not responded. They have not refunded me the money.

Super fast shipping! With all of the negative reviews I was worried about how long my order would take to arrive in Australia. Ordered some items for my Husband on Friday 6th August and the initial shipping estimate was arrival Monday 16th August. However, it arrived today Wednesday 11th August. A little disappointed that the shirts are polyester blend (I hate polyester) but very happy with how fast it arrived.

No wonder they have the worst review. They suck. Charge you as soon as you order and send the order MONTHS after IF THEY DO. When they call them and ask for the status they be super rude and yell at you on the phone. I don’t care how good their stuff are, as long as they don’t treat you well I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I’m having the worst experience of ordering online with them. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered a custom black and gold hoodie. The store sent me a confirmation email which had a picture of a black and gold hoodie. Great.
I then received a black and silver customized hoodie. Not what I ordered. I sent the ufc store an email explaining my hoodie is the wrong colour and I don’t want it. They then replied “as per looking into your order it appears we sent what you ordered as per the confirmation picture”
I then sent them the BLACK and GOLD hoodie picture from their own confirmation picture and also a picture of the black and silver hoodie I received. I did not hear back from them. I then phoned the customer service number in the email they told me to call where you are put on hold for 3 minutes before the phone disconnects EVERY TIME!!!
This wasn’t a cheap hoodie either. Cost me $211 USD. So enjoy that money UFC STORE you SCAMMED me REAL GOOD!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED

Never received my package.. never received a reply to my emails only a auto response. When you call customer service there is an old voicemail from March of last year saying due to COVID they can help via email only. Would have never expected this from a brand as well known as the UFC.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I placed an order for a birthday present nearly two weeks ago and not a sign of shipping. It was a birthday gift which will now only not arrive, but I spent all the money intended for the gift here. Not good... Edit: it finally arrived

Horrible customer service.

my order still hasn't arrived on the 17th january 2021, i ordered it on 2nd december 2020. i have lost count of how many times ive tried to contact customer services. i've had one reply telling me that i have my order.
COMPLETELY USELESS!!!
i can not believe that the ufc would not be all over this, i will never be buying from them again.

Worst customer service ever. Impossible to have them on the phone. I sent more than 15 emails and I only had 2 replies like "don't worry your order was shipped". I had no tracking number, even if I asked it several times. Today, I finally received my order after two months !! Just on time for Christmas but this situation was so stressful and annoying.
I ordered from this official website because I thought it was serious. I do not recommend this website at all.
