The UK UFC Store:
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!!!
If I could, I would give the customer service minus stars!!!!!!!
By far the WORST experience I had in my life with online shopping and customer service (and the DX delivery service they work with)!!!!!
I ordered something which afterwards realized I need to change the size for- but there was no phone number, only email- it took them ages to get back to me. After the dx courier left my package at a different house, without even confirming if it's me or not...I needed to send it back (I used express mail and paid extra money, so the parcel would get back to the ufc storage a day after, and I will get my new one asap- because it's a birthday present).
It took them ages to get back to me, and when they did, they kept making mistakes with the item, with the delivery (I needed to get my new delivery today- but didn't, because apparently Customer service didn't provide them with my full address...)
SO I am still waiting for the item to arrive (tomorrow), and I need to wait another day at home because UFC's costumer service messed up my address.....
p.s- I still don't know what's the quality of the product, but it was expensive...

edit- product finally arrived. The courier himself said the address was not clear, and that's why he didn't drop the package the day before.
The hoodie itself is ok, not as nice as it looked in the website...but at least I got it in the end.

Whatever you do- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! So if you want to keep your peace of mind- find other ways to purchase UFC stuff...

I ordered two 30$ t-shirts and paid 30$ for shipping and handling, with an estimated 7-14 business day delivery, so about 25 business days later, haven’t received anything, I decided to called the customer service to see what is going on with my order...
I called at about 12:45 on a Friday and explain my situation to the lady on the line to which she responded with “well we just came from lunch so I will need some time to get started with looking into this for you” ... ?! ... ok?
Then I’m told “ I will take a look at what is going on and call you back in 15 minutes” ... so about two hours later I decided I would try to see what could be going on again...
This time I’m told that my order has been marked with an error and it seems like my order was never shipped out at all, ( even though I have already paid) and then I’m told that I will receive a call on the following Monday about the status of my order that I’ve waited for nearly double the amount of the estimated delivery date...
So Monday I never get any call so I call back and it is explained to me that there is nothing that they can do for me....?!
So I decided I would ask about a refund then because it seemed like I would never get anything from the online store that I had purchased these shirts from and the lady tells me “she cannot do a refund because my order is STILL PROCESSING”..... EVEN THOUGH I PAID NEARY A MONTH AGO!
So at this point I call MasterCard and file a dispute, MasterCard customer service tells me I’ve done the right thing and that they will handle the situation for me...
Tuesday I received an email saying that my order has been shipped out and will arrive... on the Monday before the email was even sent...... Wednesday of that week I received the products I had paid for

LONG STORY SHORT: it took 3 phone calls to customer service and then filing a dispute through MasterCard for me to actually get what I had paid for!

MY ADVISE:
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

I was a little scared to order from here due to the reviews, but my experience was awesome. I ordered multiple items and they came in a week!!!! Will be reordering from this site.

I do alot of online shopping and the UFC store is the absolute worst. They frequently change quantities of their products to deceive buyers into thinking they are limited release. Then they restock here and their to give the impression of rarity. If you try to cancel their order they will do everything they can to not respond to you. The WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!

Ordered a heavy bag from them under the expectation it would be delivered within 3-5 business days. Called after a week of not receiving the bag and they said they had to look into it and follow up with me. Never received a follow up call. Called back in a week later and they didn’t give me any answers until I got to speak with the manager where she kindly let me know it was on back order and would not arrive for two months. Very big waste of time and money that could of been avoided at the time of purchase or even the first phone call. 10/10 would not recommend

Ordered a shirt on 8/23/20....it's 9/20/20 and still no shirt. Twitter and email were no help. When they do reply you just get some BS response. They are blaming everything on COVID. I say that's a lie. Iv'e had 30 Amazon packages and various others delivered in the past month....UFC Store cant even deliver 1 shirt in that time? What a joke. Never again will I order. Shame on them.

A total disappointment!
My wife bought me 3 shirts on July 1, 2020, and so far I have not received them, I have called three times to complain about this and all three times they have told me that they will send me a replacement and nothing.
They have the worst customer service. It is unfortunate that a show as good as the UFC does not reflect the quality of service of this store that bears its name.

Trash, don't expect your items on time

Bought on the 16th of July , Shipped on the 22nd and Delivered on the 24th. And i used the free shipping option.
I honestly expected worse due to the negative reviews here .

They don't reply to emails. That don't send tracking. You have no idea where your stuff is when it's going to get there. Terrible customer service. I'd would of rather of not bought anything at this point.

Just ordered a Conor McGregor shirt, and paid for cheap shipping. Said it’d be 7-14 days, but I got it in 3. Right Size, right shirt, and way early. Very happy. The only thing is they don’t respond to emails or dms.

Orders do not ship. My second time trying them, another cancelled order. Don't waste you're time or money.

There is no customer service experience worse than dealing with the UFC STORE. 3 emails I've been promised my order will get to me and now its been almost 2 months.... Complete joke of a company, since this order shirts I bought have dropped in price... Completely garbage....really go elsewhere for MMA apparel I cant warn you enough! Your basically signing up to get robbed if you read these reviews... Brandi Davis was the name of the support person who told me they overnighted my package 4 days ago after 7 weeks of waiting and still nothing!!!

so my journey with ufc stores begin like this:

Ordered Khabib cap in February 10 from eu store to Netherlands. Some how my cap didn't came, and returned back to ufc store (it took 2-3 weeks). Ok SH#T happens. Than they asked do I want money back or new parcel. I say send me new parcel and gave them same address ( I underline this address). But some how some worker (ufc store or royal mail typed wrong address must be 15-A, but they wrote 1-A...) and again my parcel disappeared (lost in transit they tell me).. I tell when again what my parcel is missing and I get ignored for 11 days. today I get email from EU store what my parcel was dispatched on the 27.02.2020 and I must check my neighbors... they are trolling me or what.. 2 months I am waiting 1 cap from UK :DDDD

The UK UFC store are fantastic!!!! See my other review for how great they've been in the past however I recently requested the Dan Hooker vs Paul Felder signed event poster on the store and within the next day they had it listed for pre order for me so I could get it, which of course I did.

They are absolutely fantastic at the UK UFC store, have always helped in the past with things needed such as a shipping charge customs applied that shouldn't have been which they sorted out, a misprint on an item they sorted out too really quickly with no problems, they're just fantastic!!!

Order hasn’t even shipped a week later, zero responses from customer service, and now I like all of you am left with nothing but less money. And no gift for a good friend’s birthday. Never again will I buy from this joke of a website!!!

Ordered a sweat shirt 2 weeks ago. Was just told it can take an extra 12 business days to ship even tho I paid extra for 3 day shipping so it would get there for my brothers birthday. Don’t bother calling them either they don’t care one bit. Absolutely horrible. Over 100$ for a sweat shirt and be a month before it’s delivered. Horrible!

Bought 3 T-shirt’s from here. Got an email saying ‘one item’ from my order had been dispatched along with a tracking code that doesn’t work. I’ve sent the customer service an email, however judging by the other reviews on this page, I won’t be getting a reply anytime soon. I guess I also better kiss my money goodbye too.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a Ben Askren shirt on 23-06-2019,six weeks later i am being emailed that the colour i wanted is out of stock ,agreed they send me another colour.
Now another 4 weeks later still no shirt ,only a email with a dhl number that does not exist,never will i buy something there again.
