Terrible product and non-existent customer service. Bought a spincast youth combo for my kid. The reel was a piece of garbage right out of the box. Massive tangle on the first cast (on dry land). Took it apart, found that it was never assembled correctly. Called the company and stayed on hold for a long time before leaving a message. Emailed the company with a long description of the problem asking for resolution- got an email 5 days later asking questions that I already answered in my description. No online support. Do NOT waste your money. The stuff is junk and the company clearly doesn't care about making anything right.

Poor customer service- if they even exist since they don’t know how to respond. They don’t answer their phones. Don’t reply to emails. Don’t respond to voice messages left for them.

no customer service. cannot get update on ordered items. Order stated delivered but did not arrive at requested address.
