Unexpected
I was thankful to be asked prior to delivery of options in the event I would not be at home to the time of the delivery. This time was given accurately and as I knew I would not be home, I offered my alternative which was a large coal bunker in my garden which I had used previously for this purpose. Unfortunately, the packaging was much bigger than the item ordered and was too large for the coal bunker. I am grateful that the delivery man made the effort to find a neighbour who accepted the parcel.

Had trouble locating it anywhere until after lots of web browsing and navigation discovered it at UK Spares. Spoke to someone to confirm it was the correct part. --- ordered it,paid for it, received it (well packaged & quick delivery) Installed it and everything now perfect. Great service.
