Roca was efficient and very helpful in providing a replacement toilet lid free of charge while under guarantee. They were happy to identify the model of toilet we have from photographs, and their after-sales service was excellent.

I needed a replacement kit for my toilet cistern. Contacted Customer Service (Alice) and email photos of the toilet and she came back within minutes with the part number. Fantastic customer support.

Excellent customer service. Alice and Megann most helpful and quick to respond. Friendly and far better response than most 'so called ' customer services of other large companies.

Emailed customer sales and engaged with Alice Talbot. We needed some info on replacement handles . She was efficient , fast in response and within an hour I had product numbers and details of where I could source the product . Couldn’t ask for better service

I contacted Roca regarding a broken toilet seat. The speed at which they dealt with my enquiry was fabulous.
They sent me a replacement seat straight away.

After moving into a new build and having two of three toilet seats fail one for the soft close the other gaining a crack I have to say that Roca’s customer service is second to none. I had a resolve in 24hrs from them showing that it’s a high end product with excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. We had to replace a Roca Gap toilet seat but was very confused looking at the new style hinges so rang customer services. Alice Talbot was so helpful. She asked us to email a photo of our old toilet hinges and then came back immediately explaining how to completely remove the old hinges. It was then so easy to fix the new hinges and seat. Thank you Alice you are a credit to your company.

Customer Service very good, the representative got back to me promptly and resolved my issue, sending out a replacement part quickly.

I contacted Roca regarding an issue with the flush valve on our en suite toilet. The valve silicone seal had slightly perished allowing small drops to enter the toilet bowl so I asked if they could supply the seal. I was informed that as the unit was still within the 5 year warranty if I could photograph the fault, it would be assessed. Within 5 minutes I received an email from Megann to say that a new valve was in the post. A day later I received the item. This was an excellent outcome and congratulations to Roca for a great service. I gave 4 stars only because I feel that if a silicone seal alone could have been supplied, it would be much more cost effective to the company rather than having to supply a new valve.

We can't praise the service we had from Roca highly enough. After our cistern split and flooded our bathroom we contacted Roca and the response from them was quick and efficient. From the initial phone contact with Jordan Massey at Customer Services to the replacement of the cistern by Ian we couldn't have had better service.
Ian replaced our split cistern and the cistern on our second toilet as it was the same batch number.
Ian was efficient and professional, a credit to Roca. Without doubt, a company we would have no hesitation to recommend.

Following a crack in cistern, from the time of contacting Roca uk customer service to a home engineer visiting today, not only did they replace the cracked one they did another one with the same batch , Roca I'm my opinion did a sterling job, efficient and effective a professional, a good company to deal with. Purchased macerating toilet had installed by plumber with at least 45 years experience. At the first use it made terrible pulsing noise after flushing contacted Raj customer services assistant sent video of installation and noise problem he said it was installed incorrectly would not consider any option other we reinstalled the unit and he THOUGHT that would cure the problem would not let me speak to engineer would not consider any other cause from behind his customer services desk. We felt we had no choice but to follow this course of action could not do immediately as had lots of other things going on which I will not bore you with. We took out lots of the newly installed pipe work made new holes in the wall all at our expense reinstated the original unit same problem awful pulsing noise after flushing. Got back in touch with customer services assistant
he agreed to send new macerating unit replaced original one worked perfectly first time. Got back in touch with customer services he said we had damaged the first unit by using for while before replacing even though it had not worked correctly from the first flush. He was rude put the phone down on me during one conversation would not consider any other opinion than his own. Would give rating of 4 for product and 0 for customer service employee had that been an option

I would like to share my experiance with Roca in a very positive way we had a problem with a shower tray we purchased through City Plumbing.

We made contact with Roca directly and we were dealt with by a gentle man called Jordan Massey, who listened to our story, our concerns, he was a great ambassador for the company, and organised a replacement tray amd fitting for us without any hassle thank you Mr Massey wonderful service.

Beyond my expectations.
I called Roca to get their help identifying a part for an 5 year old cistern. They asked me to email with photos to make sure they could identify the right part. Alice Talbot from After Sales replied very quickly and actually offered to send me the part as a replacement for free. Very impressed, thank you

We had an issue with 2soft close Rica toilet seats. I sent a video to show the issue. Immediately I had an email saying that 2 new toilet seats were sent out to me. Really appreciate the swift action taken by Alice at the After sales dept. Many thanks.
