I was able to renew my passport without any anxiety or concerns. My emails were answered quickly and I had help every step of the way. I received my new passport in less than a month from start to finish. Government websites can be confusing so I was very happy to find another site to take the stress out of the renewal process.

I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should

The renewal of a British passport is a tricky affair because it involves a photographic scan of the picture page of the old passport and the sending of a numerical photograph of the bearer in JPEG format to the passport office by E-mail. The UK Passports company provided help with both issues so that I could successfully renew my British passport.

An amazing service from A to Z. I am confident that all of the staff are great, but I had a certain Shaun who dealt with me. He was fantastic! The communication and instructions were very clear and made the process very easy.
