The same experience as everyone else, it's a complete scam, the company is run by a fraudster and shouldn't be in business. They take your money and don't send the products and don't refund.

Be warned. Bought LED ribbons which failed after a few months. Marc refused to deal with the issue or refund. I obtained a county court judgement in Jan 2024 for full contract value plus costs. Has not been paid. Am instructing bailiffs. Mine does not appear to be the only court order against this company. Accounts consistently very late to be filed at Companies House. Nearly been struck off. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Order placed last week (24th November) for a job that's meant to go out this week. Contacted after few days, when noticed its still being processed. Contacted again and again, without any answer! Week later its still being processed, phone not answered, emails not replied, web chat not responded. Shame I haven't read reviews before purchasing! Stay away from this website. How they are still operating I don't understand with such a customer service and complete unresponsiveness!

Unprofessional, lies about delivery, ignores emails & phone calls. Don't know how a 'business' like this can operate on such dysfunction. Word of warning, read all these 1 star reviews and steer well clear. Tip:- go to tagra, they're way better!

Scam , ukled used to be ukpsu I used the latter in July and had no problems. Ordered Nov with ukpsu and ukled have taken the order but no reply to emails or telephone.

Ordered four drivers from this untrustwordy merchant three months ago. Still have not received the drivers and they will not respond to my emails.

Ordered goods - they did not arrive, rang them - got a full mailbox message, chased them by email - they replied and said they were moving premises, chased again by email.... no response and no goods after a month. AVOID!

It's Scam, never received.

Excuses instead of a delivery over a week & nothings changed.
Ordered led tape thinking as the website let me place the order for next day delivery that the tapes were in stock. No another scammer taking money for goods they now cant supply. All they are good for are pathetic excuses. I'm trying to run a business here & UK LED are letting us down on a grand scale.

Pathetic and unprofessional. I placed my order and there was no delivery for over a month inspite of regular follow ups and assurance from the company. Now I have cancelled the same and the refund is yet to be credited - again been more than 4 weeks and there is no response from the company. Seems like a fraud setup to loot the consumers.

Wow crazy that it's the same story as others. Ordered several drivers, half the order arrived, half I was told would follow. After a month I started to chase to find out where the rest of the order was, phone calls and emails over 2 weeks - no response. There is a call answering company who answers but they can't actually help, all they can do is pass on messages - the owner/operator never comes back to you. Had to get Starling to raise a dispute to get part of our money back

Do not waste your time with this so called company you will almost certainly not get your goods this is a 1 man band pretending to be a large business who probably needs your money to place the previous unfortunate customers order.

Never received the goods that I ordered. Sold as in stock but still waiting over a month. Never returns calls and often fails to return emails. Had to raise dispute with credit card to get a refund

Scam do not order . Tried so many phone calls due to some items missing on the order. They always say mark will call you back he never does . I have to face the loss as the item is missing. Pathetic service.

Basically the same story as the other 3 reviews I saw here. Ordered and paid through credit card for 3 LED drivers. Never got delivered, called the service number three times and got the message that Mark will call back which he never does. Has been going on for 6 weeks now and I'll claim my money back from the credit card company. I seriously doubt whether there is actually a company behind this or just full on scam.

Terrible service or scam? Ordered one LED driver, received confirmation via web. Nothing arrived for two weeks, I made a call to their supposedly registered office, this is managed by an outside answering agency, so no direct contact is possible. I received an email back telling me that the driver was out of stock, and was offered an alternative. I accepted the alternative. Another two weeks later, nothing, so I called again. Received another email telling me it’s been lost. Heard nothing more since, regardless on how many calls or emails I make.
Given up, so I called the Lamp company in Baldock, they had the exact driver for me very next day!

Scam company beware.
Items are appearing in stock when ordered on website but they are not. When you call it’s a virtual secretary in Uk who says all lines are busy and she will send an email to customer services. “Marc” then occasionally replies with an apology and don’t worry it’s all in hand, items out of stock, coming in this week. Usual old cr@p. Tried to get refund and said this was actioned but now having to claim through Visa for a refund.
They are not a real company just a front to scam people.
You have been warned.

My experience with this company started off well. Marc helped me with a quotation for half of my project but then failed to quote the remaining. I have tried contacting the company for the past few days via phone and email to place my order and arrange delivery however I keep getting told that either they cant help, Marc will call me back or now when I call it goes to answerphone. Very disappointed however glad I didn't give any money to this company.
