Staff very helpful on the phone. Emails responded to very quickly. Used goods are in very good condition. Delivery was quick and came on time. Cannot fault the reasonable price and excellent service.

They were the only company I could find selling an old spot light fitting. The alternative being to replace all 5 fittings. I did not pick them because of their name .....shelving. Delivery was good and staff I spoke to were helpful. Would use again.

Hi Steve,
We are currently undergoing a large stock check as the electrical stock clearance goods were purchased from another company and we are counting through it.
I apologise we did not have your goods in stock, we issued a refund as soon as we knew we did not have it. The website will be updated accordingly for more accurate stock numbers.
Thank you for taking time to leave us a review, I hope you have a good day :)
Prompt service and delivery

Interesting review here.
Interesting review here.
Their website is very confusing.
I thought I’d ordered a complete set of shelves but had actually only ordered a small part for it.
One of their sales team phoned up and double checked the order as other customers had made exactly the same mistake. He lost a sale but saved me a lot of money.
It was very good of them.
So 1 star for website clarity - 5 stars for grown-up and professional customer service.
Well done.
Will definitely use them again when the time is right.
