Après une 1er commande important l'an passée, livrée en plusieurs fois à cause du confinement, je peux comprendre les problématiques.

Mais là en septembre/octobre 2021 : 1 mois que le paiement est débité, j'attends toujours la commande bien que l'on m'ait indiqué que "ça part lundi"... Ca fait 3 semaines.
Plus personne ne répond à mes mails, c'est du grand n'importe quoi.

Soyez honnêtes et transparents sur vos délais ou remboursez en cas de problème.

Ca sent de plus en plus la malhonnêteté et l'escroquerie c'est UKSF. Dommage.

Really good kit at a good price. I've bought and pre ordered several kettlebells and rings for my home training and have been really pleased the quality of all of it!

Ordered a large amount of kit on the weekend, picked it up on the Monday. No hassle, Hannah and the team made it straight forward. Good value for the quality.

The bumper plates were of good quality. The barbell was excellent, knurling in the right places with plenty of grip. The wall balls came as a set and are easy to throw (for wall balls) due to them being in good shape.

Next time I need anything, I’ll be ordering from UKSF.

Ordered a 7.5kg training bar for my shoulder rehab, and to learn the snatch. It's a very useful product at a good price. Quality is fine, and delivery was rapid.

I've outfitted my garage with a lot of equipment from UKSF all being great quality products. Professional company no issues with service, I highly recommend over any other fitness brands.

Commande passée il y a plus d'un an, avant le premier confinement en France. Ils ont bien pris notre argent ça là dessus pas de soucis... Mais ma commande est arrivée par petit morceau avec des galères infinies durant l'année (mon matériel réservé ayant été perdu, puis revendu et réparti sur plusieurs commandes de particuliers alors que je suis professionnel du sport en attente à ce moment là). Le matériel est bien, si on ne prend pas en compte que la peinture des KB s'en va dès la première utilisation et que les plates fractionnelles de 0,5 ne sont pas au bon diamètre... Mais le service client est déplorable, pas de nouvelle si on en demande pas (et encore, ils ne savent même pas nous renseigner...), pas de geste commercial malgré toutes les galères (merci le Brexit et les frais de douane qui remettent un jeton à chaque fois alors que j'ai commandé mon matériel bien avant ça, et que c'est donc à UKSF de gérer le problème) et le temps considérable d'attente (un an quand même...). Bref, que des mauvaises expériences avec UKSF...

Excellent customer service as always from these guys, shipping company split the order into three separate deliveries but UKSF were super helpful throughout and kept me updated.

Pegasus 15kg Bumper plates themselves are superb quality. Really can't recommend highly enough!

I bought some battle ropes from these guys, they are quality, heavy ropes.
I am really pleased with them and the delivery was on point. Will defenatly buy from them again when I need more kit

This company provides a quality product at a very competitive price. I purchased 2x 25kg bumper weight plates olympic and they have arrived exactly as described and very good build quality.

I've been using UKSF kit in gyms I've been a member of for years and know it to be decent quality kit. They're now the first place I look.
Recently ordered a set of dumbbells for a family member and I have to be honest, their communication and their customer service is second to none. Their responses to my questions, my emails, anything I needed were quicker than I'd ever expect. Collected my stuff and the welcome was friendly and fantastic also.
I have no idea why you'd look anywhere else!

I recently purchased a flat bench from these guys, excellent communication quicker than expected delivery and first class service all round.

I’ve ordered a few times now dumbbells and a kettle bell. And have always been extremely happy. And have recommended them to friends. Great service shall be using again 💯

I've recently ordered on 3 seperate occasions, and several times before over the last few years and can't fault them tbh, always right money on products and delivery costs, slight delay on delivery earlier this year, but considering the present climate its nothing unusual and I was kept in the loop throughout, I always recommend uksf on fitness forums or when folk ask me for recommendation on gym equipment suppliers.

My experience has been poor. I initially pre- ordered (and paid) for some fractional plates. I had to call after being a month late to find that delivery was delayed. There had been no communication, but I was assured, by Hannah, that they were on top of it.
Another 3 weeks later, I went through this sequence again and so asked for a refund...which arrived about a week later for the plates, but did not include the £15 p&p that I had paid.
I had also ordered a mini timer which arrived relatively quickly, but the promised 10 hr battery life was actually closer to 90 mins and the unit would not hold a charge...so useless for its intended purpose.

I contacted Hannah again who told me that the timer would be replaced and that pick up of the old one would be arranged...a week later, nothing had happened. Called Hannah again and was told that a replacement unit would be sent out that day.... no it wasn’t, but I got another promise that DPD would puck up the broken one... you’ve guessed it, no sign of them either.

So, the moral of my story is that in my experience the company over promised and under delivered at every turn. Very happy to take your money, but not so quick to resolve issues. I guess the broken timer will now go in the bin and I’ll never use the company again.

I ordered a couple of items off the website and paid £15 for delivery. I realised I could pick the items up in person and the delivery fee was then refunded to me within a week. Decent kit too.

Really speedy delivery time. Super responsive staff who are so helpful! And the products have found the perfect balance between good price and good quality! I won’t go to anyone else for anything!

It’s a great little clock, it’s just a pity that you do not do a slightly bigger one that I could purchase for my outdoor boot camps!
