Arrived faster than I expected, kit was mint. Assault bike was a good price as were the 27.5kg dumbbells esp with the 10% promo. Great service

Ordered a barbell and plates on Sunday and all arrived on Wednesday , well packaged and in perfect condition

I ordered an iron cast kettlebell on Sunday and it was with me by Tuesday, excellent service.
The finish looks great also.

Doesnt matter if your spending tens of thousands they won't care! Months of waiting and nothing to show for it but endless ignored calls and excuses. We remained professional and finally cut our losses!
Design service was non existent, CAD drawing never arrived until a couple days before install was due (months of asking to be given 1 drawing), coupled with the fact the drawing wasn't even correct but fortunately we took it upon ourselves to measure out the facility and spacial constraints as best we could and mark it down for the team during install. Even going as far as downloading software to try do the work ourselves, as the only assurance we were given was "we can move it about on the day".
Continually informed items had been dispatched week after week which never left their warehouse and as far as i can tell dont even think they had stock. Calls ignored for tracking information except for the occasional "ill call you back" which never happened. The cycle was, informed it would be dealt with on a Monday and ignored until late Friday afternoon.
Full payment demanded on floor and rig install for all kit, baring in mind they didn't even install our wall ball targets etc because "they didn't have room to take them" or even have the majority of our order with them and the items they did were wrong and/or damaged.
I understand covid can play a part but we were trying to open and run a buisness which we had bills to pay for and couldn't due to the service or lack of service provided, however they had taken full payment in cash from us to keep their own heads above water. We were fortunate to get open and keep our business going through massive personal sacrifice, I don't wish anyone else to be put in this position!
We have since moved on to a new facility outfitter and It is night and day customer service, there is nothing they can't do to try help and keep you up to date! And believe it or not when they say they have dispatched kit we actually receive it, usually even sooner than they indicate.
I'm appalled we were actually contacted following this experience for images of our facility they could use for promotional purposes. This is anything but a professional service, I agree with all the other 1 star reviews, if I could put 0 stars i would. I wasn't going to leave this review as I'd felt enough energy had been wasted on this company but if it saves 1 person going through this experience it was worth it!

I ordered a barbell from UKSF, It did not take too long for it to arrive which was quite promising. I opened the package and realised I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email for inquires about returns since i could not find their policy on the site. I got an automated email back to let me know it takes 3 days for a reply. I never recieved an email back not even to the present day, I gave them 14 days to respond and they did not so i sent ANOTHER email, it took 3 days for them to reply to this one as stated asking for more details on my issue and that i wanted a return, I sent my reply and they got back to me fairly quick saying that I recieved the order over 14 days so cannot get a free return. It took them WELL over 14 days to even respond to my inquires about the barbell, i sent the email the morning after i recieved the product. They later went on to say about I never sent any "Order number, name, contact number or any other information" Even though to send them a Help request you need to enter your Phone number and Name... They then admit to not replying but try flipping the problem onto me by telling me "The situation would be the same if we had replied to your initial email or phoned your contact number since the barbell was fit for purpose just the wrong size" even though they never said anything about the returns window being only for faulty or damaged products in a prior email.. I could not find the returns policy ANYWHERE on the site either. It felt as if they were making a mockery out of me and they were being super unprofessional with how they were approaching things. They would try to make me seem like the person at fault and it felt like i was emailing a group of young teenagers. Do NOT order from here if you expect good quality and respectful customer service, Nor reliable delivery.

Just received my bar and bench, got it in 5 working days! Brilliant service and pro active communication. Will definitely order more kit. Thanks folks

As with others I would rate 0 stars if I could. Just reading the other reviews and seeing that many others have also experienced the same issues as me - oh apart from Mike Parker so lucky him, he must be one of the ones that was replied to and received his order! Wonder if he’d been saying the same if he was in the same position as many is us on here clearly are, so yes do be deterred from ordering from here. Waited 3 months and still not received full order and fobbed off with lies about delivery times every time I’ve managed to contact them, although they have now stopped replying to my emails! Absolutely shameful company and customer service - please avoid if you actually want to receive your order and not waste your money.

I placed by pre order in late June for a July 25th pre order and must admit I was a little worried then when I read the reviews on here but my delivery was met and I’m delighted. These are tough tough times for ALL companies so it is understandable if this company has had issues but a little balance was needed here I thought so there it is. I’m a happy customer 👍

I placed an order on April 30th and it has still not arrived. I’ve emailed numerous outs times and have been met with radio silence!!! Give me the goods or give me my money back!!!!, ridiculous service!!!

Second time ordering from UKSF. First time, no problems at all. This time, very frustrating. Pre-ordered some plates that were due in on the 18th June. It's now 12th July and no sign. I've been told that one of the sets would be delivered, but it never arrived. On calling, it seems that the delivery was scheduled for that evening and i'd receive the next day. Still no sign. I have contacted them to cancel my order - no reply. I didn't want to judge harshly given the current context and supply being intermittent at best but i feel that this company is lying about stock and feeling fobbed off continuously. I'd avoid ordering anything right now. The comment below regarding them using my money as working capital is probably accurate. Head to Wolverson instead - a much better company.

Serving UK military here. Bottom line up front is DO NOT do business with these guys. Original order £600 worth of kit placed in April this year. Still waiting to delivery of it 3 months later. Phone calls go unanswered and emails receive auto reply shimfing about they are working hard due to COVID and cannot answer any communications. Nothing else to say really. Zero attempt at customer service, zero order fulfillment. No gestures of goodwill, no valid explanation for delays. Difficult to believe that they have a military experience themselves. Just doesn't fit our ethos or can do attitude. Seems like they have used our money as working capital in recent months. Hopefully Toby, Rob and Tom will have the balls to get on the case and resolve ASAP. Rapidly hemorrhaging goodwill from the local UK military community.

The equipment is very good quality and I am very pleased with it. I think most negative reviews are based on keeping customers informed about shipping dates. I too was concerned about when my kettlebells would arrive, I sent a couple of emails about a week after the preorder date and received no response. It was only when I phoned them I got an idea about when they would arrive. Which was within the 10-15day lead time stated on the website. Overall I am a happy customer

I’m seeing a lot of negative comments about UKSF on here, which in my opinion is unwarranted! I’ve dealt with Rob and the team since April to help get my Personal Training Studio underway and Rob has been more than helpful, bent over backwards at times for me I.E picking up calls out of work hours, delivering kit in his own time etc! Yes the kit has taken longer than expected, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic, go to any other company you’ll find the same logistics problems! The matter of the fact is, the kit is great, the value is money is bang on! The customer service from Rob and the team has been superb and in fact it’s that good I’m putting in an extra order with him for extra plates, dumbbells etc! Don’t let the negative comments deter you from ordering with the company! It’s unprecedented times here, just have a little patience! Keep going Rob and the team! Mike Parker

I placed my order with UK Supreme Fitness on 1/5/2020 and was told my order would be shipped out on the 24/5/2020 (kettle bell) 26/5/20 (dumbbells) due to high demands. After waiting until 28/5/20 I sent my first email and after no reply I sent another one a couple days later. Finally got a reply and was told there would be a delay and that all items would be sent out 10-15 days later it was 1/6/2020 at this point. I was then emailed to say "Unfortunately, the container has arrived with a lot fewer kettlebells than what was meant to be on there. Therefore we are unable to fulfil the kettlebell(s) on your order, however the dumbells we are still able
to fulfil." I asked for a refund and this was not fulfilled. It then took numerous calls after finally getting through to someone on the 24/6/20, my order would be sent out on the 26/6/20. I was told to expect it on the following Mons/day 29/6/20. Still nothing. I called again 30/6/20 asking for an update and was told it would be shipped out that day. So fingers crossed. They finally arrived last night as a complete surprise, but was given no tracking number. Overall a rubbish experience and will never be shopping here again! I highly advise against this company.

Do not place an order with this company unless you want to kiss goodbye to your money. I pre-ordered a set of dumbells on 22 April for delivery at end of May. Nothing has arrived, it’s now early July and the company has stopped replying to my emails after some initial excuses about logistics delays. You cannot get through to them on the phone either. I want a full refund. Lots of other reviewers have had similar problems. UKSF should not be taking money for orders they cannot fulfil. Disgraceful.
