Pond arrived next day, great service
Pond came over night, so arrived the day after ordering. I was kept informed when it would arrive
. Very pleased with the quality, it is now fitted and full of plants and frogs. I would recommend UK waterfeatures and certainly not hesitate to use them again

I was pleasantly surprised
Found what I was looking for quite easily. Even better it was discounted and it arrived really quickly and was well packaged as I was worried about breakage (I ordered the terracotta one), but it was fine. The only thing I found was I could show the items by price, there was not filter or sort option, but other than that I'm very happy!

Excellent Company
I have ordered 2 fountains from this company (1st one on 17 May and the 2nd on 30 June). They arrived promptly as promised and the bonus was that the price was excellent at least £30 cheaper than my local garden centres. I highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Good service..not bombarded with emails.delivered within time frame. Liner had got quite squashed during delivery but was flexible enough to reshape so happy with product.

The pond liners are made from a fairly flexible material which helps to protect them from cracking during transit and installation. Hi Christopher, thanks for your review. The low voltage pumps are not advertised as having a power supply included. The transformer required will depend on the total wattage being powered, pump lights etc, so the transformers are available to purchase separately. There is a useful guide on our website which helps when selecting a suitable transformer, but if you need assistance with this issue please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be very happy to help.

Brilliant Mushroom Water Feature
I ordered the mushroom water feature from UK Water Features & it arrived very well packaged & very quickly.
The item is absolutely lovely. Very easy to set up once the power supply was sorted. It's a real pleasure to sit in the garden with the sound of trickling water, so relaxing & it looks beautiful with the flowers & ornaments.

Needed a new water pump for my water…
Needed a new water pump for my water feature and could not get the model number needed. Contacted UK Water Features and they helped me find the right replacement. Did not have in stock at time but week later ordered with them and within 2 days it arrived. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.
