Can’t fault this company at all. UK based, super quick delivery. High quality but reasonably priced products. Absolutely faultless. I’m looking forward to buying parts for my S3 off of them again very soon!

Took over a month to come in
Took over a month to come in. I purchased on the 8/11/19 hadn’t received anything is I emailed again they said it will come week commencing the 2nd December. Still did not receive until the 13th December.

Hello Trung, thanks for your feedback. We do advise that our 16 working day dispatch is only a guideline and in busier periods that there may be an additional wait, your order was placed in November which is one of our busiest periods. This is clearly stated on our website.
We offered you suitable compensation at the time of delay, to which you said you were more than happy to accept. You showed no sign of displeasure after the compensation was provided. Unfortunately, we can only apologise for the issues, however, it is impossible for us to keep you happy if we're not aware you are unhappy in the first place. We would have happily provided additional compensation to ensure your experience was improved.

Hello Lee, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your order, however, I cannot find any record of you contacting us to say that you never received the additional goods that we provided as a gesture of goodwill.
In some cases, we send the additional parts separately via the appropriate delivery service, in your case, these would have been sent via Royal Mail. In some circumstances (especially over busier periods), Royal Mail can lose items through the delivery process, this is most likely what has happened in your case.
If you can send me an email on sales@ultimatecustomsuk.com then we can arrange these additional parts out to you as promised, we'd like to do everything to make sure your experience was a pleasant one.
Waste of time company
Waste of time company! 14 days to receive from day of order turned into months! Was never updated about delay at supplier. Was made false promises week by week. In the end goods came, fitment was terrible, one side of the spoiler was longer than the other meaning the boot could not be opened. Ordered some mirrors that didn’t even fit due to bad mold. Avoid company at all costs absolute unprofessional and waste of time.

After reviewing your case, I can see that we contacted you multiple times throughout the order process with key updates as to where your order was up to. Most delays are out of our control and we will update you suitably when we see fit.
Once you returned the items, we refunded you the full amount, including postage. We then performed a test fit on these items, which were found to be of our usual standard. The spoiler you had fitted was mounted too far forward with the adhesive you had used and could not be moved. In regards to the mirror covers, these also fit without issue too, however, we did not provide adequate installation instructions, so I apologise for this. We are working on installation instructions to make the experience better for customers.
